Então gostei muito do restaurante.café da manhã e o jantar, bufete,a equipe de funcionários tanto da cozinha,quanto da recepção muito eficientes,obrigada e até a próxima.

Расположение отеля неплохое , отличные заведения рядом. Чайник в номере не работает. Таблички не беспокоить - нет. Сейф чтобы открыть нужно ждать техника , он был не исправен когда я прибыл . Светильник вырван. Персонал практически не говорит по Английский .

정말 훌륭했어요! 호텔은 기대 이상이었고, 이전에 남겨진 모든 부정적인 후기들을 완전히 반박했습니다. 공항 셔틀 서비스가 제공되었고, 좌석도 넉넉했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 영어도 구사했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 침대는 편안했으며, 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 1층에는 뷔페가 있었는데, 신선한 샌드위치와 따뜻한 음료(특히 코코아가 맛있었어요)를 24시간 내내 이용할 수 있었습니다. 셔틀 덕분에 새벽 1시에 공항에 도착해서 긴 비행 전에 푹 쉬고 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다.

호텔은 위치와 공항과의 근접성을 고려할 때 굉장합니다. 이른 아침 비행기를 타기 때문에 선택했습니다. 그러나 중심에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 방은 괜찮고, 일부 물건이 낡았고, 샤워실에 수압이 별로 없고 충분히 따뜻하지 않은 것 같습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하지만 더 많은 야채와 과일 선택을 보고 싶습니다. 내가 불평하고 싶은 유일한 것은 서비스입니다. 우리가 거기에 머물렀을 때 호텔은 거의 비어 있었고 방에 환영하는 물병이 없었고 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 가져 오라고 요청했습니다. 그들은 ”그런 서비스가 없다”고 말했고 기본적으로 내가 아래층으로 내려와야했다. ... 다음날 아침 (아래층 리셉션 데스크를 통해 택시를 주문했을 때), 나는 그 여성과 두 번 확인했다. 택시가 도착할 것입니다. 시간이 왔다, 택시가 없다, 나는 비행기에 늦을까 두려워, 그녀에게 다시 갔다, 그녀는 운전사가 가는 길에 있는지 없는지 확인하는 것을 귀찮게하지 않고 나에게 기다리라고 말했다. 나는 스스로 우버를 타기로 결정했고 운이 좋게도 아침 6시 20분에 택시를 찾았습니다. 또한 그들이 나에게 영어나 다른 언어를 말하려고 하지 않는 것을 보는 것은 속상합니다. 그녀는 매우 완고했고 노력하지 않는 뿐만 아니라 포르투갈어만 말할 수 있다고 말했습니다. 실망스럽다.

There are many good restaurants just out outside the hotel main entrance. Walkable to downtown. Safe drop off and pick up by car. Rooms are quite dated. Safe inside room not working. Staff are friendly and willing to help even though they don’t speak English.

O hotel é bem localizado com excelentes acomodações e um café da manhã sensacional . Atendimento ágil e eficiente.

We stayed for a couple nights as a layover before catching a night. The room was small but perfect. It has big wardrobes so we could put our bags away to make the room feel less messy. The staff at reception were very helpful too, they let us check in early. after a red eye flight that was greatly appreciated! They even have a small shop for any less minute or late night snacks. You could hear the airplanes flying overhead but that was expected with the location. One recommendation would be to put a kettle in the room.

The hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo. I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around. I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.
