인도 델리 소재 4성급 호텔

아주 좋은 호텔이었고, 조명도 밝고 룸서비스 레스토랑도 있었는데 메뉴도 좋고 음식도 맛있었어요. 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다!!!!... 멋진 인테리어와 협조적인 직원들이 있는 좋은 위치였어요.

전체적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다 좋았어요. 우선 청결한 편이구요. 숙소는. 서비스도 뭐 전체적으로 나쁘지 않았어요.

I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

It was advertised as 4 stars, but it's really only a 3-star place. Nothing special. I lasted 2 nights and luckily was out sightseeing all day.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Excellent hotel with exceptional service, professionalism and cleanliness

델리 공항 바로 옆에 위치해서 전반적으로 괜찮았지만, 가격 대비 만족도는 보통이었어요. 아무래도 델리 공항 옆에 있는 큰 쇼핑몰 안에 있어서 공간 제약이 있었던 것 같아요. 호텔 자체 바와 레스토랑이 있고, 조식 종류는 이 가격대에 비해 가성비가 좀 떨어지는 편이었어요. 특히 고기류가 부족했네요.

훌륭한 호텔입니다. 쇼핑센터 바로 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 위치가 매우 편리하고, 근처에 먹을 곳이 많습니다. 호텔 직원들은 우리를 편안하게 해주기 위해 최선을 다해 주었고, 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 허락해 주었습니다. 추천합니다.

2.5박 숙박 하였는데 공항과 가깝고 시내로 접근할수 있는 공항고속지하철이 가까운 곳에 있어 도보로 이동이 가능하였음. 호텔시설 노후화로 인해 리노베이션 공사가 진행되고 있어 객실에 소음이 많았음. 리셉션 직원들은 전반적으로 친절한 편이었으니 일부 직원은 레이트 체크아웃 날짜를 잘못알아 높은 가격을 요청하였음. 저의 재확인 요청후에 정상 요금을 지불할 수 있었으나 이에 대한 정중한 사과가 없었음.
