매우 아름다운 장소, 할 일이 많이 있으며, 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 발렛 직원이 조금 더 친절하고 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 그러나 전반적으로 나머지 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 좋은 경험, 이와 같은 아름다운 장소에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

우리는 주말 여행에서 2 명의 친구 생일을 축하했습니다. 우리는 연결 객실을 보장하기 위해 추가 비용을 지불해야했지만 그만한 가치가있었습니다. 호텔은 여러 수영장과 유수풀이 있는 워터파크가 있어 아름답습니다. 유일한 단점은 욕실 바닥과 샤워 공간이 더 깨끗할 수 있다는 것입니다. 그러나 Clara Jane은 체크인 데스크에 있었고 그녀는 여전히 훈련을 하고 있었지만 나를 돕는 놀라운 일을 했습니다. 그녀는 우리 방으로 후속 카드를 보냈고 내 친구들을 위해 생일 간식을 보냈습니다. 많은 것을 의미하는 훌륭한 개인적인 손길!! 저녁 식사를위한 레스토랑 선택은 몇 주 동안 문을 닫았기 때문에 제한되었습니다.

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

Absolutely loved this place. Location was perfect, car service (an unexpected surprise!) made getting to and from dinner a breeze, and excellent customer service with endless personalized touches made us feel valued and comfortable. Will be back!!

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The room were beautiful designed and comfortable.The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and restraunt, were top-notch. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a memorable hotel experience. Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable!

Our guest room was spacious beautiful great location. Loved the lighting around the base of the bed.  The bed sagged lower on the left side.  The band performing in the hotel lobby was very enjoyable! Unfortunately the Lobster Mac and Cheese I ordered at the bar made me sick on my stomach having to use the bathroom all night long resulting in lack of sleep.
