훌륭한 위치, 매우 도움이 되는 직원, 멋진 객실 및 훌륭한 아침 식사. 다음에 탈린을 방문할 때 이 호텔에 묵을 것입니다. 탈린은 산책하기에 정말 좋은 도시입니다.

호텔 시설과 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 하지만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 영어를 잘 못하는 손님에게는 그다지 친절하지 않다는 것입니다. 호텔에 묵는 러시아인들은 중국인들에게 별로 친절하지 않고 어디를 자신해야 할지 모릅니다. 얼굴이 크고 목이 두꺼운 사람의 IQ는 충분하지 않다는 것을 알 수 있습니다.

모든 게 정말 좋았어요. 아침 식사와 서비스도 정말 마음에 들었고, 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 분들이 매우 친절하시고 고객 만족을 위해 최선을 다해 주셨어요. 강력 추천합니다. 마리아 씨는 현지인들이 자주 가는 곳들을 설명해 주셨고, 다른 리셉션 직원은 클럽 무료 입장권을 주셨어요. 그래서 모든 게 정말 좋았어요.

A very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time). Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room. Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

The Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too. Will stay again.

One of the best hotel experience I have in Europe ✨ I spent my birthday in Tallinn and I received a welcome bubbles and fruits on our check-in day and again on my birthday as well! So thoughtful of them to write a cute letter as well. And the free chocolate from 4-5pm is very nice! ✨

호텔 자체는 좋습니다. 리셉션은 훌륭합니다. 그러나 trip.com 예약과 같은 대행사로부터 이 호텔을 예약하지 않으면 큰 팁을 얻을 수 있습니다. 아고다 등 호텔 수영장 이용 요금으로 15유로를 청구해야 하기 때문에 호텔에서 처벌을 받을 예정입니다!!! 정말 미친 정책입니다. 부끄러운 소리 !!!
