미국 텍사스 소재 4성급 호텔

The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

房間是滿意的，衞生也很好，就是酒店馬桶有點舊 一直沖水，兩外隔音有點差，大早上聽到不該聽的被吵醒 前台服務很好，可以免費寄存行李 就是買了酒店帶自助早的，這個早餐也要小費有點理解不了，第一天開會趕車匆匆吃完就走了沒想到這個問題，第二天服務員翻着白眼，專門打了單子過來要小費，還抱怨我們，“never”給他們小費，後面意識到這個問題都留小費了，但是態度很讓人不爽！

이 호텔은 샌안토니오 시내 가장자리에 위치해 있으며 인기 있는 명소인 알라모 플라자(Alamo Plaza)와 강변 산책로에서 택시로 5-10분 거리에 있습니다! 호텔은 조금 낡았지만 업그레이드에서는 고급 호텔에 더해 힐튼은 중급에 새로운 메리어트가 없다고 느끼는데...

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Really nice hotel. The things I care most about in a hotel are a quiet room and a good bed. This place was perfect for both of those things. Really quiet and easy to rest. The bedding is clean and well maintained and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The filtered water with bottles is super convenient. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

호텔 자체의 규모도 상당히 컸으며 직원들은 전문적으로 손님들을 대해 주었고, 모든 시설이 잘 되어 있었습니다 에어컨 방식이 오래전 방식이라 냉방과 난방을 조절 하려면 직원들의 도움이 필요 하였습니다 조식은 훌륭하였고, 직원들 모두가 친절 하였습니다 적극 추천합니다

정말 좋은 경험이었고 침대도 정말 편안했어요! 주변 지역에는 볼거리와 음료수를 마실 곳이 많았어요. 이 사진은 호텔 옆에 있는 카우보이 차우에서 찍은 것이고, 그곳도 멋진 분위기였어요.

특별히 지적할 점은 없습니다. 이 가격대에서는 일반적인 호텔입니다. 숙박은 매우 편안했고, 객실도 깨끗했습니다. 아마도 제가 머물렀던 기간이 너무 짧아서 특별한 말씀을 드릴 수 없었을 겁니다. 호텔은 RICE와 매우 가깝습니다.

The location is nice. The staff is nice. However, they have no hot water. I wasn’t told at check in. So, when I checked out I told them and they were like “yeah, it’s our whole building.” I don’t understand why they wouldn’t tell guests this…especially after a long day’s travel. Anyway, they say they’re getting it fixed but who knows.
