원래 방을 선택했고 설명 없이 다른 것을 받았습니다. 내가 그것에 대해 물었을 때 직원은 매우 무관심했습니다. 주차비로 $14를 추가로 지불했고 모든 주차는 동일했습니다. 유료 주차장과 $50 보증금에 대해 아무 말도 하지 않았습니다. 이 모든 것이 미리 글로 쓰여졌으면 합니다. 그래서 방, 주차, 한 거래에서 추가 보증금을 지불했을 때. 방은 훌륭하고 멋진 전망, 침대 / 침구는 편안했고 샤워는 훌륭했습니다. 아침에 고객 서비스는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Really nice hotel. The things I care most about in a hotel are a quiet room and a good bed. This place was perfect for both of those things. Really quiet and easy to rest. The bedding is clean and well maintained and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The filtered water with bottles is super convenient. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Очень приличный отель. Удобное расположение в центре города. На крыше отеля есть открытый бассейн с лежаками. Вид сверху на город - великолепный. В номере есть всё необходимое- холодильник, микроволновка, кофеварка с кофе и чаем, вода питьевая в лобби, туалетные принадлежности. Качественные матрасы и подушки, телевизор-кинотеатр. Единственный минус - окна номера выходили на глухую стену.

괜찮은 호텔이지만 조금 낡았지만 제가 가본 다른 숙소에 비해 상당히 깨끗했습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 룸도 이용해보세요!

훌륭한 숙박이었습니다! 매우 독특한 호텔입니다. 분위기와 디자인 때문에 꼭 다시 묵을 겁니다. 비즈니스 지역에 위치해 있어 주말에는 꽤 조용할 수 있습니다.

This is a lovely hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is steps away from San Fernando Mission, The Alamo and of course the Riverwalk. The rooms are very clean and the Customer Service Staff is excellent. The adjoining hotel has a rooftop bar which is a must for great sunsets. You can get the Trolley on the San Fernando Mission plaza and it's a good way to see the City with 2 day pass.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.
