房間大；配套設施設備不錯👍配有戴森吹風機，還有國人喜歡的開水壺。但是我的人住 感覺超級差：1，）我長途國際航班抵達酒店比規定的3pm 入住早了2:30分鐘，check in 的服務人員Jalisa 非常強硬的告知我想提前check in 必須交75美金💲 沒有任何可以商量的餘地 。2 ）在找了另一位服務人員説明情況後幫助我們辦理check in 時又説我們必須交5天房費和400美元按金（我在攜程預訂時5天房費全部付完）又需要查實等待⌛️我也積極打電話聯繫攜程，等完成這次人住手續已經過去1小時30分鐘。3，）我入住酒店第一天洗澡熱水就不熱無法洗澡打電話給 room service 來了一個修理的人修理了一下，熱水熱了一點，本以為第二天熱水♨️應該繼續保持，可惜第二天還是沒有熱水♨️洗澡打電話給Room service 電話沒有人接，再打電話給前台連續打7次也同樣沒有人接，衹有下樓到酒店前台去反應熱水問題（同樣遇到Jalisa 態度也是超級不好👎衹是很冷淡的説我會記下你的需求，我再問什麼時候會有人來幫我修理好熱水問題，回答不知道，理由是時間晚了（當地時間9:45pm ）我説酒店是24小時有人service, 她説不是，不停給你找各種理由推脱😡我非常生氣😡這時旁邊一位男服務人員（辦完另一個客人的服務手續後，看不下去來幫我，告知我會聯繫人來修理並請我回房間等待（在男服務人員幫助下大約10分鐘後有了熱水♨️可以洗澡了）4，）在後續幾天每當路過前台再遇見Jalisa（前台服務員）都是橫眉冷對看看我。這就是我6天5晚的入住體驗。😅😅

Belle le aree comuni, con distributore di acqua purificata e zona caffetteria sempre accessibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

이 호텔에서의 제 경험은 좋았습니다. 공항 옆에 있고 호텔에서 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 저는 좋은 숙박을 했습니다.

방은 내가 기대했던 것만큼 새롭지 않았고 그들은 나를 전망이나 차고가있는 4 층에 놓았습니다. 별 5 개에 가깝지 않습니다. 거의 모텔 느낌이 있습니다.

괜찮은 호텔이지만 조금 낡았지만 내가 가본 다른 숙박에 비해 상당히 깨끗했습니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 룸도 시도해야합니다!

완벽한 숙박, 넓은 전망, 고속도로와 가깝고 여행하기 매우 편리하고 비교적 조용하며 호텔 환경이 매우 편안하며 프론트 데스크가 매우 친절합니다. 러스 숙박 시설의 첫 번째 선택.

Everything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

We had a wonderful stay ! Felt right at home and just a two minute drive to the Philippines consulate. We will be in Houston again soon and we will definitely stay here again ! Thank you !

This was a little gem right in downtown Houston. Very close to discovery green for restaurants and 10 mins walk from Minute Maid Stadium to watch the Astro's. Very clean, spacious and lovely facilities. Breakfast also fresh and plentiful. Who knew grits are so tasty?! :D Would definitely book this hotel again if I have to head to Houston for work again.

음 그것은 아버지의 날 밤 모든 것이 시원했습니다. 다음날 아침에 일어나서 방으로 곧장 갔고 오전 8시에 방을 떠났습니다. 임신 한 여자 친구와 함께 누군가가 내 방에 어떻게 들어왔는지 가져 가십시오 !!! 특히 그녀가 벌거벗은 것이 매우 불편했습니다. 아무도 문을 두드리지 않았으며 체크 아웃은 정오까지였습니다.

It has the best view and the best room service

우리는 Kay Bailey Hutchinson 컨벤션 센터에서 회의를 위해 웨스틴 다운타운 댈러스를 방문했습니다. 매우 짧은 도보 거리에 있으며 귀여운 레스토랑과 바에 둘러싸여 있습니다. 우리는 동료가 알링턴에 있는 그녀의 전화를 잊어버리도록 하기까지 했습니다. 그리고 대리인(Melvin)은 그녀를 위해 전화를 받기 위해 거기까지 갔습니다! 호텔은 깨끗하고 아름답지만 직원과 환대에 열 번은 여기에 머물 것입니다.

非常不值得這麼貴的酒店。打電話問游泳池是不是恆温的，酒店回覆説是，結果去了不是的，帶着孩子就是為了游泳池才定的。付費的早餐還不如普通假日酒店的早餐豐富。房間也很小，酒店也沒啥別的設施了。

전체적으로 방이 넓고 좋았습니다. 위치는 좋은 위치에 있으며 쇼핑과 식사 옵션에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 불행히도 엘리베이터에 문제가 있어서 오고 가는 데 오랜 시간을 기다려야 했습니다.
