Great hotel in the middle of vineyards. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited quantity but great quality.

O Hotel é agradável,as rececionistas muito simpáticas,a atenção na limpeza(tinha o lixo do WC por despejar quando cheguei)e poucos funcionários no serviço de pequeno almoço (no primeiro dia muitas mesas por limpar e quase nada para comer, claramente por falta de pessoal).

雖然攜程上叫hotel，實際上叫casa，更像是高級民宿。casa位於地勢較高處，一共有3個房間，每個房間有自己的名字。owner給升級了無花果房間，可以從窗子直接看到杜羅河谷，景色一流。雖然攜程介紹寫的1.35米雙人床，實際上類似國內1.5米床。房間雖然不大，但設施完備，自然採光的浴室非常棒。casa服務非常有人情味，人工辦理入住的時間是16:00-17:00，威廉小哥有求必應、笑容燦爛。有晚餐供應，需要提前1天預訂，我們預訂的火腿拼盤是70歐元。酒莊們位於casa下方河邊的村子裏，步行大概40分鐘，可以請酒店幫忙預訂並腿着過去。酒莊出售的葡萄酒比城市裡略便宜，年份波特酒值得購買！（casa贈送了1小瓶30年波特酒，有蜂蜜味，非常nice）

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé juste en face de la gare de Régua, au bord du Douro. Chambre très spacieuse. Bel accueil. Bar bien agréable avec vue sur le fleuve.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel is very clean. The reception is very friendly and responsive to the guests.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning broke down and we were not offered an alternative room. It is regrettable given that it would have otherwise been a perfect stay.
