호주 퀸즐랜드 소재 3성급 호텔

모든 게 완벽했어요. 편안한 침대, 크고 편안한 욕실, 24시간 리셉션, 그리고 잘 갖춰진 주방까지. 근처에 인기 있는 나이트클럽이 있는데, 그 소음이 제 방에는 전혀 들리지 않았어요.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight but there is an out of hours key collection safe. Unfortunately in my case someone had taken my key but I called the help line and it got sorted. That's obviously not Ascot's fault but they fixed the situation as fast as they could. Ideal for a budget friendly short stay.

위치는 흠잡을 데가 없어요! 정말 최고예요. 수영장, 스파, 스팀룸, 사우나 등 시설도 훌륭했어요. 고객 서비스도 훌륭했어요. 다만 아쉬운 점은 샤워실에 비누를 놓을 곳이 없다는 거였어요. 샴푸는 작은 사이즈 하나뿐이었고, 5일 동안 두 명이 사용할 컨디셔너는 없었어요. 샤워실 문도 고장 났고요. 간이 주방이 있긴 했지만, 주전자 빼고는 주방용품이 없어서 거의 사용할 수 없었어요! 접시, 칼 등 간이 주방에서 쓸 만한 게 하나도 없었어요.

깨끗하고 커튼이 있습니다. 2단 침대 위의 단과의 거리가 가까이 조금 좁다. 콘센트, 라이트 있음. 침대에 훅도 붙어 있어 편리. 리셉션 직원은 친절하고 부드럽습니다. 샤워의 온수가 있어서 매우 쾌적했고, 방의 밖에는 TV를 보고 편히 쉴 수 있는 장소 있어, 베란다도 좋았다. 버스가 적고 교통이 불편한 것과 Wi-Fi가 상당히 불안정(약하다)이 그 이외는 매우 만족하고 있다.

다음 날 아침 일찍 귀국 비행기가 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 공항과 아주 가까웠고 셔틀 서비스도 있었는데, 1인당 약 8호주달러 정도였습니다. 제 방은 층 맨 끝쪽에 있었는데, 작긴 했지만 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 창문에서는 공항이 내려다보였는데, 일출과 일몰 때 경치가 정말 아름다웠습니다. 체크인할 때 욕실 쓰레기통이 고장 나 있는 것을 발견했는데, 프런트 데스크에 알리자마자 바로 교체해 주었어요. 직원들의 신속하고 친절한 응대가 인상적이었습니다.

시설이 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 제가 예약한 킹사이즈 베드룸은 아주 깔끔하고 조용했습니다. 야외에는 전용 수영장, 당구대, 주방까지 있어 편리했어요. 위생 상태도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 선착장까지 도보 15분 거리였고, 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 식당이 많아 여러모로 편리했습니다.

매우 친절한 사람들. 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 기본적으로 Gatton의 가장 중심적인 위치입니다. 아래층에는 레스토랑, 바, 도박장 등 다양한 게임 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. ㅋ. 외부 주차 용이. 슈퍼마켓과도 매우 가깝습니다. TV는 사실 TCL이다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops. The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness. The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs. The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board. The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

교통편이 편리하고 매일 하우스키핑 서비스로 욕실을 정리해 줘서 좋았어요. 다만, 주방 환기가 잘 안 돼서 요리를 안 해도 들어가기만 하면 몸에 기름 냄새가 배는 게 아쉬웠습니다.

카운터 직원들이 정말 친절해요! 항상 미소로 모든 질문에 답해 주셨어요! 이번에는 20시 30분쯤 체크인해서 이틀 밤을 묵었어요. 유스호스텔에는 매일 다양한 액티비티가 준비되어 있어요! 좋아하는 액티비티 당일에 체크인하는 걸 강력 추천합니다! 제 개인적인 경험담: 1. 욕실 물이 조금 작긴 하지만 큰 문제는 아니에요. 2. 샤워실에 수납공간은 없지만, 건식과 습식을 구분하는 칸막이가 있어요. 세면대와 기타 물품은 욕실로 가져와서 씻으세요. 3. 카운터는 10시에 마감하는데, 그 전에 헤어드라이어를 빌릴 수 있어요. 4. 객실 내 사물함은 자물쇠를 채워야 하니, 꼭 자물쇠를 지참하세요! 첨부된 사진은 욕실에 있는 귀여운 게임이에요.
