We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal. Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning. There is no lift so bear that in mind. The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small. There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out. If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety. We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool. It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests. We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early. We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated. Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available. The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped. As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

From beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families

영어: 두 친구와 함께 윈저 성으로 짧은 여행을 가기 위해 이 호텔에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다.위치는 중심가에 있지 않았지만 가기 어렵지 않았습니다.사실 호텔까지 걸어가는 데 30분 정도 걸렸고, 성까지는 또 30분이 걸렸는데, 성은 정말 아름다운 곳이었습니다.객실 자체는 정말 좋았고, 침대가 크고 편안했고, TV도 좋았습니다(파이어스틱을 깜빡하고 스마트 TV는 아니었던 것 같지만), 차/커피와 주전자가 제공되었고, 욕실은 깨끗했지만 뜨거운 물을 사용하는 것이 조금 힘들었습니다.전반적으로 옆집 아이들이 너무 시끄러워서 잠들기가 정말 어려웠던 점만 빼면 호텔은 정말 좋았습니다.아마도 우리 방에 연결된 문이 있어서(잠겨 있었지만) 자정 무렵에 부모님이 이야기하는 소리가 들렸고, 아이들이 새벽 5시에 비명을 지르며 깨어났기 때문입니다!!그래서 숙면을 취할 수 없었습니다.연결 문이 없는 다른 방을 사용했다면 괜찮았을 것 같습니다. 다음 날 직원분께 말씀드렸더니 방을 바꿔주겠다고 하셨지만, 오전 10시에 체크아웃하는 상황에서 새벽 5시에 방을 바꿔달라고 하면 소용없다고 하셨습니다. 그리고 칫솔을 깜빡하고 가져왔는데, 칫솔과 치약이 들어 있는 귀여운 치약 세트를 주셨어요! 여기 묵는 걸 추천하지만, 혹시라도 방에 커넥팅 도어가 있는지 꼭 물어보세요. 커넥팅 도어가 있는 방은 피하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

처음 만난 리셉션 직원은 정말 친절했는데, 체크인할 때 동료에게 도움을 요청해야 했는데 너무 무례했습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸을 예약했는데, 직접 예약하지 않아서 이그제큐티브 라운지를 이용할 수 없다고 했습니다. 말도 안 되는 소리였습니다. 방에 가서 힐튼 고객 센터에 전화했더니 이그제큐티브 라운지 이용이 가능하다고 해서 리셉션으로 돌아갔습니다. 호텔은 정말 편안하고, 방이 크고 넓었습니다. 침대도 좋았고, 샤워실과 욕조가 있는 욕실도 있었습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸에서도 생수가 무료가 아니어서 좀 놀랐습니다(한 병에 2.50파운드). 이그제큐티브 라운지는 괜찮았지만, 몇 년 전 마지막으로 묵었을 때보다 서비스가 많이 떨어졌습니다. 냉장고는 거의 하루 종일 비어 있었고, 간식은 채워져 있지 않았습니다. 컵은 곳곳에 지저분했습니다. 저녁 간식은 괜찮았지만, 예전보다 양이 줄었습니다. 다만 증류주와 프로세코는 괜찮았습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸 투숙객에게는 레스토랑에서 아침 식사가 제공되었습니다. 정말 다양한 메뉴가 있었고, 대부분 뷔페였지만 계란과 오믈렛은 주문 즉시 조리되었습니다. 커피도 맛있었습니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다(첫날 리셉션 직원은 제외). 저희는 이곳에서 3박을 했는데 정말 즐거웠습니다. 5번 터미널에서 호텔 문까지 가는 셔틀버스가 있는데, 요금은 1인당 6.80파운드입니다. 호텔 앞 도로에 정차하는 5번 버스를 타실 수도 있는데, 요금은 1.50파운드입니다. 1박 이상 숙박하는 경우, 윈저, 레고랜드, 슬라우, 하운슬로(런던 중심부로 가는 지하철 이용)로 가는 버스가 있습니다.

The hotel location is good, it close to my friend house, but the room is far and so many turn from the reception, AND the room air condition was terrible, it is not working!! I call the front desk, they try to switch a room, but not success, finally the staff bring me two fun!! And my family has to sleep in 30 degree temperatures!

이전에 이곳에 머물렀습니다. LHR에서 불과 15분 거리에 있어서 편리했습니다. 객실은 매우 편안했지만 욕실은 약간 오래되었고, 욕조/샤워 주변에 실런트를 바른 사람은 별로 잘하지 못해서 약간 저질이었습니다. 이것은 비판이 아니라 관찰입니다. 호텔에 점점 늘어나는 성가신 요소 중 하나는 주차 요금 추가입니다. 객실 요금이 매우 합리적이어서 선택했지만, 주차 요금에 대한 정보를 놓쳤고 전체 비용에 10파운드가 더 추가되었다는 것을 인정합니다. 공항에서 고객을 내려주는 데 요금을 부과하는 것과 비슷합니다.

정말 좋은 숙박이었고, 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 0점에서 10점 만점에 11점이에요! 😁😁😁

收到酒店郵件説下午1點多房間就準備好了，可以隨時入住。不過因為沒有及時看郵件，所以下午2點多到了也沒有辦理入住（前排也沒有提及）。前台服務人員的態度要比某些餐廳服務人員的態度好很多，但是餐廳的服務人員在結賬的時候會讓你輸入小費金額。需要注意的是房間裏旅行用的充電轉換插頭不能使用，幸好有USB接口。

아마도 우리가 주말마다 일하는 데 머물렀던 최고의 호텔이며 매 주말마다 레저 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 모든 새로운 자쿠지는 비현실적이었습니다. 스팀 룸은 더 뜨거울 수있었습니다. 사우나는 사랑 스럽습니다. 방에는 에어컨이 있었고 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 아름답고 매우 깨끗한 호텔이었습니다.
