Located a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.

Gostei muito, local bem localizado do hotel, alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhores com a qualidade dos quartos, tinham algumas marcas de mofo na parede em alguns pontos, mas no todo foi uma estadia muito boa, face da manhã também muito bom.

An absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling. 

O hotel é agradável. Quartos espaços! O que precisa melhorar é o quesito limpeza. Os funcionários são educados e agradáveis.

호텔은 해변 바로 옆의 좋은 위치에있었습니다.. 아침 식사는 매일 아침 매우 좋았습니다.. 좋은 서비스, 친절한 직원.. 유일한 것은 방에 약간의 버그가 있다는 것입니다.

The staff were really kind. The pool was so big and they had a 24 hour reception. It was very near the train station

Excelente para trabalho e negócios rápidos em fortaleza. A localização é bem central e de fácil acesso. Excelente opção para fugir da agitação da orla.

Excelente hotel principalmente se você está em viagem de negócios a Fortaleza. O café da manhã é suficiente para começar seu dia e todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, gentileza e profissionalismo dentro da categoria. O ponto mais importante é a limpeza.
