We arrived late(3am) and past check-in time(12pm), and we knocked on the hotel door with no answer. We had to curl up in the car that night. It was actually our own fault for asking and forgetting to inform the hotel of our arrival time, but the hotel still refunded us for the night we didn't check in, and they were very friendly and made our night's unpleasantness disappear and the hotel is near the hot balloon area which has a very good view of the balloon, just like these picture

매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 위생이 매우 좋았고, 우리가 도착했을 때 매우 깨끗했고, 시설도 훌륭했고, 바, 수영장도 모든 것이었고, 아침 식사도 훌륭했고, 서비스 직원도 매우 친절했고, 체크인할 때 주스도 주었는데, 체크인할 때 약간 문제가 있었지만, 직원들이 매우 열정적이고 의욕적이었고, 엘리베이터를 타도 서비스 직원이 같은 엘리베이터를 타지 않고, 모든 종류의 세부 사항이 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

It is a fabulous raw and Rustic location in theHeart of Luxor. Just for an local life experience, we moved from exotic beach hotel accomodation to this Hotel. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Best part was the Terrace, It is amazing. The photos we shot on it were simply mesmerising!! The Staff were very very friendly and were always there for us in organize our trips, pick and drops!! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Happy land Luxor!!

・ホテル内の敷地が素敵！ツアーで疲れた後もゆったり過ごせます・部屋も快適・水圧強目のホットシャワーで快適です。・スタッフも優しい・ホテルの周りの人々も優しくて、子どもたちも可愛い。東側の岸より圧倒的に静かだと思います。・西側にも美味しいお店はあるので問題なし。東側に渡るフェリーも24時間運行とのこと。 - The hotel is very lovely! You can relax after a tiring tour. - The rooms are comfortable. - The hot shower with strong water pressure is very comfortable. - The staff is friendly. - The people around the hotel are kind and the children are cute. It is much quieter than the east shore. - There are good restaurants on the west side as well, so no problem. The ferry that crosses to the east side also runs 24 hours a day.

入住這家酒店2個晚上。不太挑剔的話還可以的，放在20年之前這個酒店應該屬於很好級別，現在有些老舊了。但是應有盡有，有空調，電視，衞生間，早餐，Wi-Fi, 電梯，服務枱，大廳沙發，門禁管理員。可以早早辦理入住，退房後可寄存行李、在大廳沙發休息等候晚上的大巴。離盧克索神廟穿過旅遊商品街就到了，離卡納克神廟2公里。在酒店可以看到對面的居民樓陽台上住户用繩子吊個籃子下樓買東西。挺有意思的。

루크소 기차역과 매우 가까운 매우 좋은 위치. 룩소르 사원과 매우 가깝습니다. 거리를 벗어나면 편리한 생활과 편리한 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있는 상업 거리입니다. 아주 좋은 가게, 좋은 서비스, 친밀한 룩소르 지도 인쇄, 자동차를 타는 방법, 크림을 타는 방법, 공공 부두로가는 방법, 버스 티켓을 구입하고 개인적으로 버스 정류장으로 보내는 방법을 알려주십시오. 요컨대, 아주 좋은 호텔, 당신은 편안하게 머물 수 있습니다.
