Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!

Our stay was average—nothing special. I wasn’t impressed with the amenities, and the pool got very crowded whenever there were many guests around. Breakfast was also just ordinary and unremarkable. As for the restaurant food, it wasn’t tasty at all and felt quite overpriced for the quality we got. That’s why we chose to go out for lunch and dinner instead.

호텔은 쇼핑몰 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 숙박하는 동안 필요한 모든 것을 편리하게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서는 꽤 맛있는 음식을 제공했지만, 조식 뷔페가 호텔 레스토랑에 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 뷔페였지만 다소 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있고, 수영장과 데크도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.

The wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room. But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

My wife and I visited Vigan City for a motorcycle trip. The hotel is an amazing building, the staff were great, there was a huge selection of food to choose from. The roof deck pool and bar was very nice place to chill. They had secure parking below the hotel which was perfect for storing our bikes off the street. Only think I can think of was that was not to my liking was the bed pillows, they were thick were I prefer a thinner pillow. But that’s no big deal.

Nice place in a rural area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were some insects, including small cockroach.
