호텔이 룸 등 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어, 식사 및 쇼핑하기에도 너무 좋습니다. 호텔의 조식이 매우 좋았습니다. 주요 음식이 있고, 매일 조금씩 메뉴도 바뀌는 것 같아요. 직원 분들도 매우 친절합니다. 체크 인 시에 꼼꼼히 챙겨 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 다음 방문 기회가 있다면 다시 선택할 것 같습니다.

이 숙소에 두 번째로 머물러 있습니다. 한 단어는 거의 그것을 요약합니다. 두 번 나는 실내 스파와 같은 방에 머물렀다. 체크인 한 순간부터 직원들은 나를 돌아 오는 고객으로 인식하고 첫 방문에서 같은 방을 제공하고 우리를 다시 환영하기 위해 멋진 침대 장식을 제공했습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 음식으로 표준에 도달했습니다. 부동산의 크기 때문에 아침 식사 시간 동안 만 붐비거나 혼잡 한 느낌을 느끼지 못할 것입니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험과 우리는 곧 3 번째 방문을 위해 돌아올 것입니다.

우리는 호텔의 '클래식' 쪽에 즐거운 3일간의 새해 휴가를 보냈습니다. 오전 9시경에 도착하여 짐을 맡기고 점심을 먹으러 나갔습니다. 오전 11시경에 방이 준비되었다는 전화를 받았고, 신속하게 연락해 준 훌륭한 직원들이 보였습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 일본식 테마로 아름답게 장식되어 있습니다. 멋진 도시 전망과 휴식을 위한 테이블이 있는 발코니가 있는 넓은 레이아웃을 자랑합니다. 다음 방문 시에는 풀사이드 뷰를 요청할 계획입니다. 객실에는 대형 TV, 여분의 생수, 상당한 옷장이 있습니다. 편의를 위해 알람 시계가 제공되고, 욕조는 인상적으로 크고, 넉넉한 세면용품이 제공됩니다. 투숙객은 호텔 전역에서 무료 Wi-Fi를 이용할 수 있으며, 커피, 차, 냉장고가 비치된 미니바도 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙박하는 동안 두 개의 작은 수영장, 헬스장, 사우나, 어린이를 위한 작은 놀이터 등의 편의 시설을 이용하세요. 운전하는 투숙객을 위해 무료 주차장이 제공됩니다. 아침 식사는 즐거웠지만, 꽤 기본적이었습니다. 우리는 'Me Eatery and Bar' 레스토랑 밖에 'Egg Station'이 있는 'Zen' 쪽에서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 이 레스토랑은 다양한 세트 메뉴와 1잔 사면 1잔 무료 혜택을 제공합니다. 시간이 허락한다면 Mandarin Eastville은 야시장, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm과 가깝고, 도보 거리에 여러 인기 명소가 있습니다. 출장이든, 휴가든, 아니면 둘 다든, Mandarin Eastville은 파타야에서 기억에 남는 숙박을 보장합니다. 조용한 반 외딴 지역에 있어 파타야의 번잡한 지역에서 벗어나 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 대중교통은 없지만 Bolt and Grab을 이용하면 꽤 저렴하다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 또한, 주요 도로를 따라 모터택시를 잡을 수 있습니다. 타기 전에 요금을 협상하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 그러나 몇 가지 단점이 있었습니다. 수돗물이 매우 뜨거워지기는 하지만, 뜨거운 샤워를 조절하는 것이 어려웠습니다. 물이 여전히 편안하게 따뜻했기 때문에 너무 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 또한 발코니 문을 여는 데 약간 문제가 있어서 불꽃놀이 카운트다운을 거의 놓칠 뻔했습니다. 또한 벌금을 내지 않으려면 키카드를 잃어버리지 마세요. 전반적으로 멋진 휴양지였고 다음 휴가에도 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

호텔은 새 건물이고 아래층에 오픈 카페가 있는데 아침에는 항상 아이스 아메리칸 밀크티와 타이 밀크티 한 잔을 주문합니다. 방은 매우 따뜻하게 꾸며져 있으며 내부에는 중국식 안내도 있습니다. 칫솔, 치약도 제공되고, 온수도 아주 좋습니다. 출장으로 2박을 묵었습니다. 프론트 서비스도 좋고, 가방을 방까지 들고 갈 수 있도록 솔선적으로 도와주십니다!

This was our second visit to this hotel and now with friends in 2-bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms had their own full bahtrooms. All rooms in Beach terrace face west to evening sun and directly to sea. Apartment had 2 balconies (with sunbeds in the other) and we got water several bottles every day although didn'r want cleaning as often. Breakfast was generous and it was great to be able to choose eating outside. The area with all 5 Royal Cliff hotels is just great just outside of the hassle in the center! Lots of well kept green areas with palms, many restaurants and private beach with sunbeds. Pool areas were also great with infinity pools with glass wall (and also partial glass floor). There are many restaurants in the near area also outside the hotels. To the center of Pattaya (walking street/beach) was aroud 20 min walk over the hill. If you should hope for something, that would be more storage space in a room like wall hooks and hangers. Also a drawer would fit in room. All in all, very much worth the money and we will go back when back in Pattaya

We chose this resort as a 13 night stopover flying home from Switzerland to Australia, to break up the 20 hour flight for our 13 month old son. And so glad we did. Just 90 mins from the airport, we were collected from the airport in a private airconditioned van and driven to the resort. We arrived early morning, and as the checkin is not until 3pm we were worried about the heat and our baby. But the fantastic Jeet at the front counter worked his magic and we luckily got into the nice airconditioned room by 10.30. Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner. The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them. The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket! But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty. Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing. Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask. Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful. I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. 직원들이 친절하고, 위치도 쇼핑몰 위라서 편리합니다. 스위트룸을 예약했는데, 제일 저층을 받았어요. 바로 아래층에 있는 수영장에서 방이 들여다보여서 좀 별로였어요. 방자체는 좋았습니다. 저녁때 룸서비스를 시켰는데, 1시간을 기다려도 안와서 전화했더니 주문을 잊어버렸다고 30분만 기다리면 만들어주겠다고 했는데, 밤 10시반에 저녁을 먹을수는 없어서 굶었습니다. 다음날 아침에 매니저가 사과했고, 점심을 공짜로 줬어요. 에러라고 했지만, 처음에 전화했을때 forgot이라고 말했었고, 제 생각엔 룸서비스 주문이 거진 없어서 확인을 안하는듯합니다. 수영장이 작아서 붐빌때는 그냥 몸만 담그고 서있는 분위기입니다. 이른 아침엔 다들 조식먹으러 가서 비어있어서 잘 놀았어요.

I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Отдыхали в конце февраля 2023. Взяли тур по привлекательной цене, особо не вдаваясь в детали отеля при выборе. Отель оправдал ожидания. Нам попался удачный номер на 6 этаже с видом на море в корпусе С. Удобный просторный балкон, вещи все просыхали за ночь. Море совсем рядом, но мы на этом пляже не купались, показалось после Пхукета ну совсем не очень. Но нашлось спасение - ближайший остров КО ЛАН. Там ухоженные пляжи с прозрачной водой и мелким песком. Добираться туда удобно на пароме за 30 бат с человеком. Также брали один день на остров Самет и на военный пляж. Отлель находится в стороне от центра Патайи, поэтому ночью рядом спокойно. Но если хочется активности, то доехать до Walking Street не проблема, за 10 бат на тук-туке быстро окажетесь в центре. Минусом мне запомнился очень шумный кондиционер в номере. Уборка ежедневная. Воду всегда ставили. Бесплатный интернет по wi-fi в номере всегда был. В отеле очень много гостей из Китая. Завтраки обычные. Есть кофе и соки, но нет чая. 3 вида фруктов и т.д. В общем отель произвёл положительное впечатление.
