The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Very good, friendly staff, we made a wrong reservation at first, they fixed it without any issues, hotel is clean and location is perfect. Just book it.

아름다운 녹지 정원이 마치 식물원처럼 꾸며진 멋진 호텔입니다. 온수 수영장이 실내와 야외에 각각 하나씩 있습니다. 객실도 훌륭했고, 저희는 바다 전망 객실에서 묵었습니다. 직원분들의 친절하고 신속한 응대에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 음식도 맛있고, 케이크를 파는 제과점과 코드를 입력해서 주문할 수 있는 커피숍도 있습니다. 모든 직원들이 투숙객들이 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 최선을 다하고, 다양한 엔터테인먼트도 제공됩니다. 헬스장도 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했지만, 특히 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 쇼핑센터와 약국도 가까이에 있습니다. 정말 멋진 호텔이라 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다.

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

방금 호텔에서 체크아웃하고 이 글을 쓰고 있습니다. 본관 1418호실입니다. 객실: 넓고 백작의 방처럼 꾸며져 있었습니다. 하지만 실제로는 낡고 먼지가 많았으며, 무엇보다 욕실에서 끔찍한 하수구 냄새가 났습니다. 객관적으로 봤을 때, 객실은 대대적인 청소와 리모델링이 시급합니다. 호텔: 넓고 독특하게 디자인된 부지는 사진 찍기 좋은 곳이 많았습니다. 바, 레스토랑, 수영장(해수 수영장 포함) 등 다양한 시설이 있었습니다. 사진을 찍고 둘러보며 감탄했습니다. 꽃과 식물, 그리고 곳곳에 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 아름다운 공간이었습니다. 정성껏 가꾼 것이 분명했습니다. 해변: 호텔 전용 해변이 있지만, 자갈이 작고 바다는 더럽고 쓰레기가 많았습니다. 수영은 하지 않고 해수 수영장에서 시간을 보냈습니다. 음식: 평범했습니다. 배고프지는 않겠지만, 특별히 맛있는 음식은 없었습니다. 바에서 파는 칵테일은 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 파리와 모기가 있긴 하지만, 많은 호텔들이 효과적으로 방제하고 있어서 휴가 내내 신경 쓰지 않아도 됩니다. 대중교통, 카페, 상점들이 가까워서 편리했습니다. 결론적으로, 저희는 그곳에서 3일을 보냈는데, 흥미로운 경험이었고, 기억에 남는 추억과 아름다운 사진들을 남길 수 있었습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶냐고요? 2~3일 정도라면 가능할 것 같습니다. 호텔의 번창과 좋은 손님들을 기원합니다! 다만, 대청소, 손잡이 교체, 샤워헤드 교체 등에 투자하는 것을 강력히 추천합니다.

기대 이상으로 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 절벽 바다가 정말 멋졌지만, 물이 좀 깊어서 초보자들은 혼자 들어가기에는 추천하지 않습니다. 호텔 수영장과 실내 온수 풀도 정말 좋았습니다! 절벽과 야외 수영장에는 선베드가 충분히 있어서 편안하게 휴식을 취하기 좋았고, 야외 수영장에는 더위를 피해 쉴 수 있는 작은 오두막들이 줄지어 있어 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 버스 정류장은 길 건너편 한 블록 떨어져 있는데, 호텔 앞에는 횡단보도가 없어서 직접 차들이 뜸할 때 건너가거나 조금 떨어진 횡단보도를 이용해야 합니다. 이건 자가용을 이용하지 않는 여행객들에게 유일한 불편한 점이었지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 호텔 자체는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 쉬기 좋고, 절벽도 사진이 잘 나옵니다! 호텔에서 하루 종일 시간을 보내는 것을 추천합니다! 근처에 맛있는 레스토랑도 많고, 까르푸도 있습니다!(바비큐 식당과 까르푸 모두 도보 약 15분 거리입니다)

예약할 때 일반 객실이 다 차서 허니문 스위트를 예약해야 했는데, 생각보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 체크인할 때 친절한 직원분께서 시설 하나하나를 아주 자세히 설명해주셨어요. 허니문 스위트에는 바에서 음료 두 잔과 조식이 포함되어 있었는데, 조식은 객실로 언제든지 가져다주는 서비스였어요. 저는 몇 번이나 확인했어요. 다음날 시차 때문에 새벽 6시에 깼는데, 6시 반에 요청한 조식이 정말 제시간에 딱 맞춰 배달되었어요. 조식도 정말 맛있었고요! 객실에 도착하니 딸기와 샴페인도 서비스로 있었어요. 서비스가 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 호텔 경치는 말할 것도 없고요! 다음번에는 3일 연속 묵으면서 지중해를 제대로 즐기고 싶네요.
