Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

We stayed in the hotel for a one week family vacation. Starting from the check-in, throughout the activities in the pool, entertainment, and the great food, it was all around a great stay. The Rino kids club was spacious and clean. There were plenty of bars, snacks, and great shows.

We loved the hotel. It's a new hotel with fantastic amenities. We were impressed by its beautiful beach and sea. The hotel has a large pier, and we particularly enjoyed the pier bar. The food and drinks are of excellent quality. There are various sports activities available in the morning, and they have professional aerobic instructors. The evening shows and live music added extra excitement to our vacation. The animation team was very attentive and engaging with us. The hotel's general appearance is incredibly beautiful. It provides great value for your money. I highly recommend it to everyone

Lovely hotel, stayed here from the very first day from the moment the hotel opened. It was my first visit to Turkey and to another country in general, Swandor set the bar high. The hotel is clean and pleasant, the rooms are cleaned every day, and everything on site is available to visit, at no extra charge. Every evening there are shows for guests and live music is invited. In general, my girlfriend and I were very satisfied, for a week we never got bored. With this, by the way, the guys from the entertainment team are helping here. They picked us up on the very first day and were always there when they were needed, I highly advise you to make friends with them, they are really cool. We will definitely come again, with a bigger group!

The hotel is amazing ... The deluxe family room was very comfortable and very clean . The minibar was full and refilled every day. Foooood is apsulty amazing. We enjoy from the food and drinks . The staff how know English (the big problem they most of them know Russian and Turkish only) was very nice. Many pools and amazing sea beach About serive is big problem in looby the the front desk team they not care about servise and not understand English and not understand what is hospitality Until today, I didn't get invoice pass almost 3 months and I send 25 email....

We were in September of this year, after the renovation of the hotel. I liked everything very much. Lots of cool and fun entertainment for the whole day. Cool water park on the territory of the hotel. Large swimming pools and very clean beaches, with an incredibly beautiful sea) We rested in a family room, we liked everything. Everything is new and clean, they reacted quickly and solved our questions. From the staff, I would especially like to highlight the bartender with the name Batuhan Baskal, he makes incredibly cool cocktails, we were a company of 20 people and he pleased us with drinks every time, thank him very much) I advise you to visit this hotel!

The hotel is new and very clean. Food it great at the hotel, just a little too large for my liking, holds approximately 2000 guests, a little too crowded . But in saying that if you don’t mind the crowd it’s a great place to stay. The entertainment each night is brilliant. The only thing I can suggest to the hotel is to stop using straws at the beach bar because the straws are ending up in the sea. Also the plastic water cups they provide for the guests at the beach bar, please stop them as well and install a tap for the guests, the amount of plastic that was used each day and these also end up in the sea. What is the hotel thinking, certainly not environmentally friendly. Management needs to do something about this urgently or the sea will be polluted in no time.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, we were very lucky and were upgraded to a swim up room, unfortunately the air con was not working but this was quickly resolved and we were moved to another room no problem. We were the only brits in the hotel and it is very geared up for the Russian clientele who I think must have made up 90% of the guests. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was lovely, so much choice and the coffee at breakfast was spot on. The drinks were branded which was a massive bonus. The only reason I haven’t given it a full 5 star is that it was very loud on a night and was a little difficult going to sleep anytime before 12, definitely needed my ear plugs, and the location was outside of Kemer and we like to have a wander round the bars etc but there was a only a few shops around where the hotel is situated, a taxi to Kemer was €10 Absolutely loads of sunbeds round the pool and beach available, we did have to get down to the pier around 9 to get a bed on there, but that wasn’t a problem as we are early risers anyway.

Bed was too soft, staff didn’t seem happy, everyone is Russian and the hotel basically caters to Russian people. I hardly saw any Turkish people or other nationalities. My friends stayed in Beldibi and payed double the price but said there were better range of nationalities and everyone there was extremely friendly. I recommend choosing a better hotel. Would never come back. The only reason I give this 2 star, is because the water by the beach is decent.
