The location of the apartment is great: it is a the bottom end of the harbour with a 5-minute walking distance to Kolovare beach and a 10-minute stroll to the center of the old town. Standard amenities, such as a hospital, police, fire fighting station, and ambulance are within walking distance and a plethora of cafes and restaurants are around, with a Galleria shopping mall just around the corner.
