Magnífico hotel, todo su personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a servir. La ubicación excelente a 10 minutos caminando a la catedral. Muy buen desayuno. Algunas alfombras deben ser renovadas pero en general muy buena experiencia. Esperemos volver.

모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 위치는 같은 센터에 있지는 않지만 동시에 매우 가깝고 웅장한 시설과 무엇보다도 주변에 있는 정원을 강조하는 고요함에 이상적입니다.

We were really excited to visit Vigo & this hotel has a great location and looked beautiful and as we were meeting our son there , we looked forward to using the rooftop pool as advertised. I was so disappointed my son was in a camper bed , the shutters came up automatically at 8am making the room really bright & noisy. But the most disappointing was told to book the pool for on 1 hour was €25 per day per person. I was so upset and for 4 star hotel and cost was misleading. The assistant manager on reception that day when I complained was abrupt and when I said , if a pool is advertised they need to say its additional 225 for use of stay . She said it was not Ireland I was in , it was Vigo . I regret booking this hotel.

The best hotel I could recommend I would say it’s a 5⭐️ for me. The room the location perfect and great service I would recommend to everyone that want to visit Vigo should book this hotel See the hotel photos I have uploaded

La Cluña의 음식은 정말 좋습니다. 호텔은 마을에서 베테랑 4성급입니다. 나는 스위트룸에 산다. 방은 매우 큽니다. 저녁 시간이 늦어서 밖에 나가서 식당을 찾아 호텔에서 저녁 식사를 하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 식당에는 사람이 없고 식당 음식은 아주 좋습니다.

We were given room 7. Avoid this room or you would hear kids and parents shouting at each other mornings and evenings on the way to their bedroom. Which makes for a short night of sleep. This is probably the leftover room that nobody wants and they keep during august to generate some extra revenue. And it is not sold at a discount. Dinner was average especially for galicia. Fish was over cooked and not well presented, the waitress was kind, we were alone in the restaurant. Finally on check out we were asked to pay the extras, which is fine. Yet no one asked us if we were pleased with our stay, which is a golden rule in 5* hotels. Lack of training or lack of customer attention or interest? We were very disappointed and will not return in September which was our original idea. We booked directly but the night rate was also cheaper on Booking , which is quite unusual...

호텔 자체도 교회 바로 옆의 명승지로 간주됩니다. 등 모양의 복도에서는 길을 잃기 쉬우므로 엘리베이터에서 내릴 때 길을 찾아야 합니다. 호텔 구석구석을 소박하고 소박하게 꾸몄고, 하루 동안 아무것도 정리하지 않으면 그냥 호텔에 머물면 된다. 성수기가 아닌 주중에는 이미 아침 8시부터 체크인 준비가 되어있었는데 너무 놀라서 얼른 샤워하고 상쾌하게 나갔어요. 아침식사도 매우 훌륭합니다. 조식룸은 크지는 않지만 잘 정돈되어 있습니다.

It was well located so one could walk to bars closeby . You also get cabs easily to move around and the front desk are quite helpful. We were celebrating our 40 th anniversary and our friends wanted to arrange a surprise and the staff especially Christina was extremely helpful and got everything organised with great enthusiasm keeping it a secret from us ! The rooms are large , very comfortable. You shd try their almond cake at breakfast buffet it’s amazing ! Great staff and friendly atmosphere!!
