이 호텔에서 편안하게 머물렀고, 특히 장시간 경유하거나 짧은 여행 중에 쉴 곳을 찾는 여행객들에게 추천합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 조용했으며 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 편안한 침대 덕분에 여행 후 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 전문적이었으며, 체크인/체크아웃 절차도 원활하고 효율적이었습니다. 위치도 편리하고 접근성이 좋아 스트레스 없이 머물 수 있었습니다. 편의시설은 단기 체류에 충분했고, 호텔 전체 분위기는 차분하고 편안했습니다. 아주 호화로운 시설은 아니었지만 모든 것이 제 기능을 다했고 기대에 부응했습니다. 가격과 숙박 목적을 고려했을 때 만족스러운 경험이었고, 이 지역을 다시 여행하게 된다면 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 것입니다.

Tempat nya bagus dan lokasi dekat kemana mana, tetapi agak sedikit tidak bersih.

토바 호수(Lake Toba)를 여행하는 동안 여기에 머물러 보세요. 놀랍게도 우리가 예약한 호텔은 2층짜리 방이었습니다. 너무 의심스럽습니다. 우리 5명에게는 충분해요. 하지만 객실에는 침대당 베개 2개가 준비되어 있으므로 인원이 많을 경우 베개를 추가로 가져오셔야 합니다. 에어컨은 없고 이미 추워서 선풍기만 있습니다. 우리 방은 정말 호수 앞에 있었습니다. 호수를 바라보며 휴식을 취하실 수 있습니다.

Alvina Hotel & Cafe is one of the best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar city. It is located at the Megaland complex, which is around 5 minutes drive away from the city center. It is a modern hotel that is equipped with cafe on the ground floor, meeting room and rooftop restaurant. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are housing complex, business centres, restaurant, etc. Room rate was still affordable. The Standard Room was quite cramped. The room came with air conditioning, TV set, in house telephone, in room dining, mineral water, hot and cold water shower. Free WiFi was available at the room and the speed was not bad.The bed comfiness was just so so. Free simple buffet breakfast was provided for all in house guests. Taste of the food was good. Breakfast spread was consisted of rice with dishes, fried rice, fried noodle, toast, porridge, slice fruit, traditional cakes, tea and coffee. The hotel staff's hospitality was not bad. Parking was provided at the road side in front of the hotel.

장소는 아주 새롭고 큰 방이며 여전히 더 개선해야 합니다. 방에 TV도 없고 AC도 없고 선풍기도 없습니다. 좋은 침대, 방에서 멋진 전망 및 방에 더 많은 플러그가 있습니다. 계단을 너무 많이 오르내리기만 하면 됩니다. 지름길이 없습니다. 지금까지 주인은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. TQ Penginapan Mafir. 

Nice place to stay and easy to get around also easy to find food

Very nice and attentive staff. A large green area with its own entrance to the lake, with board games and active games in the air. Good European food. Good internet in common areas. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday alone with nature.

I stayed one night at the hotel and the first impression was great. The lobby looked modern, staff were friendly, and check-in was fast. The room was clean with a comfy bed and nice city view. Bathroom was spacious too, and the AC worked well so I slept fine. Breakfast had a decent variety, but most of it felt like standard hotel buffet stuff, nothing memorable. The downside is the value. For the price, I expected better service and facilities. The wifi was slow, room service took forever, and the pool area was smaller than it looked in photos. Noise from the hallway also made it hard to relax in the afternoon. Overall it’s okay for a quick overnight, but I wouldn’t pick it again. There are other hotels nearby with better comfort and lower rates.

We stayed at the Ecolodge one night before heading out into the jungle for three days, 2 nights with the local guides (********************************************************************) can also highly recommend this tour provider !). Overall the accommodation was fine for the night. The restaurant at the Ecolodge is absolutely adorable and such a nice place to have some drinks and food (minimum amount for paying with a credit card is 80.000 IDR , so I would recommend to bring some cash !). Also we were able to store our bags at the Eco lodge while we were out in the jungle ( per night and bag 10.000IDR including a locker for valuables ,also cash ).
