Thats hotel fantastic stay next time we decided same stay in this hotel, all staff very helpful and humble, receptionist staff very good.

ALready stayed there 3-4 times. this is the first time i experienced such hassels. Matress was not at all comfortable. Master switch turn off all the lights. No carry bag for dirty clothes, No sleepers, No dental kit, No shoe cleaner. Hope, They learn rom this review and imrove their housekeeping.

It was a truly luxurious experience. The elegant decor, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities made my stay unforgettable. It was good but charges are really high even though breakfast is not included and the washroom was also having leakage

Rooms are dirty and after request the same was cleaned. I paid for the garden view rom but there was no garden and the glass in the room is fully frosted. Even a small request for a hair oil which is to be provided by the hotel is also denied.

Good location, the hotel is on busy road, the rooms on front will have vehicle noises in night. Staff helpful, clean rooms. Unfortunately, for tall person the bed is bit small
