From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay. We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

호텔은 커피 및 후추 농장에 있으며 환경은 매우 조용하고 아름답습니다. 중앙 호수 주변에 빌라 건물이 세워졌습니다. 호텔에는 3개의 레스토랑이 있으며 2개는 야외이며 사방이 환기되고 밤에는 약간 춥습니다. 저녁 식사는 20:00에 시작됩니다. 매일 17:30에 농장에 무료 가이드 가든이 있으며 많은 것을 배웠습니다. 아쉽게도 16시 이후에는 모기가 더 많고, 17시 30분에 정원을 방문하면 모기가 맛있는 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 정원에 방문하면 아침이나 오후에 모기 문제를 피할 수 있습니다. 방의 하드웨어는 괜찮지 만 욕실과 화장실의 디자인은 매우 불합리합니다. 화장실에 들어가려면 샤워 실을 통과해야합니다. 샤워 후 화장실 바닥에 물이 새고 매우 미끄 럽습니다. 샤워 실과 화장실 문을 나란히 분리하면 문제가 해결됩니다. 위생은 괜찮습니다. 베개 공간 면화는 비교적 저렴하여 호텔 가격과 일치하지 않습니다.

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

The rating does not guarantee the real situation, very disappointing to get a room not in accordance with the photo, the toilet door also needs to be repaired so that when bathing water does not make floods, the room door is damaged, the refrigerator must ask, the room phone does not work, the child's play ground area is very dirty and a lot of mosquitoes .

Amenities is satisfactory . Location is average. Price point satisfactory . Spa service is satisfactory. Reception service is not satisfactory. Unpleasant customer service upon check out on 8/11/25 at 9 am. I was standing in queue waiting but the staff ( can’t really recall his name think it’s Sairik ) just ignored me and attended to another guest who came later.

Arrived late and it was raining lightly. Lovely to walk undercover to the hotel, which was clearly signposted and have a smooth check-in. Gorgeous breakfast with so  many options!Took a swim in the pool and wished I had more time to indulge in a massage. Late check out and a quick walk back to the airport meant this was a very enjoyable stopover.plus
