Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

갈루루 한가운데에 있는 아름다운 재산입니다. 그리고 윈저 왕궁을 테마로 한 외관이 왕실이기 때문에 너무 아름답습니다. 서비스에 대해 이야기하면 최고 수준이었고 체크인 및 체크 아웃은 매우 부드럽고 쉬웠습니다. 룸 서비스는 빠르고 정말 도움이되었습니다! 음식은 숙소 내에서 훌륭한 레스토랑으로 훌륭했습니다. 나는 Dakshin의 음식을 좋아했습니다. 물론 다양하고 맛이 많은 큰 조식 뷔페가있었습니다. 나는이 장소에서 나의 전반적인 경험을 좋아했다! 😍 😍

Centrally located in Bangalore with a sprawling view of bangalore turf club. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the spa facilities were nice, I found them a bit crowded during peak hours. So great trip ever. The hotel room is sooo perfect. Nothing can complain at all. Staff are so great in every department. Special thanks to Guests relations, Joshitha who made our stay so memorable.

Everything perfect but was told breakfast only starts at 7.30am when check in. It would be great to have breakfast starts at 6am for business traveller that needs to leave early in anticipation of the heavy traffic.

Good location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.
