My sincere thanks go especially to the entire Breakfast Service Team, whose energy, warmth, and attention to detail made every morning a true pleasure. Every day started on a high note thanks to their dedication. I would like to make special mention of Ms. Usha from the breakfast team. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests stood out beautifully. She went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a smile — a true asset to your hotel. I am also deeply grateful to Ms. Seeta from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to cleanliness, timely service, and quiet, thoughtful manner made my stay comfortable and stress-free. It is because of people like her that guests feel truly at home. Please extend my gratitude to Usha, Seeta, and the entire breakfast team for making my time at Hyatt Centric MG Road so memorable. I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

Great hotel with varieties of breakfast. Staffs are welcoming and friendly from the security to the receptionist, bellman and housekeeper.. Location is easy access to shopping area..

Excellent hotel Nd great stay

I am extremely concerned and disappointed with my recent stay. I found hair in my food, which was very upsetting. Additionally, my room was not hygienic—hair was found on the bedsheet and on the floor. This reflects poorly on the cleaning department. I have always preferred staying at Oberoi because it has consistently been welcoming and maintained high standards. Unfortunately, this experience shows a noticeable decline in quality, which makes me hesitant and worried about returning in the future.
