직원들 너무 친절합니다. (숙박하는 고객의 90% 한국인들이라고 하더라구요) 객실이 아주깨끗하고 침대가 크고 편했으며 어메니티에 센사티아가 있어서 써보고 맘에들어서 구매도 했어요~ 전체적으로 아주 만족스러우나 제가 방문한 7월은 모기가 너무너무많았어요. 객실에서만 10마리 넘게 때려잡고도 여기저기물렸습니다ㅠ

이 방은 확실히 여기서 가장 좋았습니다. 넓고 멋진 전망이 보이는 전용 발코니와 매우 편안한 침대가 있었습니다. 샤워실의 수압이 좋았습니다. 다만 수영장에 사람이 있으면 밤에 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 아침 식사로 계란 버거와 신선한 주스를 주문했는데 꽤 맛있었습니다. TV도 있어서 좋았습니다.
음료나 간식을 보관할 수 있는 미니 냉장고가 있었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 또한 물을 담을 때는 재사용 가능한 유리병을 사용하는 것이 매우 현명합니다. 하지만 제 병 중 하나는 안이 깨끗하지 않았습니다.

My recent stay at Cove was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail stood out. The hotel’s ambiance strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.
The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding to the overall convenience and luxury of the stay.
One of the highlights was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always courteous, accommodating, and eager to assist with any requests, making me feel genuinely welcome. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal—convenient yet tranquil, providing easy access to nearby attractions without being too busy.
The on-site dining options were also impressive, featuring a well-curated menu with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Breakfast was a particular delight, offering a variety of options to start the day on a high note.

It was really a great chance to stay in such a hotel as soon as we arrived in Bali. The staff were so sweet and attentive that we felt very safe. We will never forget these people. The coconut and tropical fruits they offered in our room were also amazing. The rooms were very stylish and opened directly to the pool.

단기 체류에 좋습니다. 위치는 주요 활동 거리에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 해변과 매우 가깝습니다(작은 거리의 미로를 통해 도보로 불과 10분 거리). 짐을 끌고 있다면 편리한 곳이 아닙니다. 가격을 위해 여기에 머물러 라. 샤워기 헤드와 커튼 등의 시설은 관리되지 않습니다. 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

장기 체류를위한 호텔은 숙박이 필요한 경우에만 적합하지 않습니다. 너무 까다롭지 않으면 유용합니다.
공항 근처의 주요 존엄성.
방에 에어컨과 작은 TV가 있습니다. 침구와 수건은 정상입니다. 직원들은 친절합니다.
그러나 단점은 더 많습니다. 화장실은 불쾌했고 뜨거운 물과 화장지가 없었습니다. 비누와 샴푸가 없었습니다. 그들을위한 용량은 비어있었습니다. 방에 식수가 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 부족하고 맛이 없었습니다.
일반 복도의 벽 대신 하지 않은 커튼으로 닫힌 거대한 창문이있었습니다. 방에는 거리로 통하는 창문이 없으며 화장실과 샤워 시설이있는 복도로 통하는 문 만 있습니다.

ССами сРайское место, нам достался номер с видом на озеро и на вулкан. На территории растут фруктовые деревья, такие как манго, авакадо, маракуя и многие другие) так же есть бассеин с горячим источником, но для нас он не достатрчно был горяч) персонал всегда отзывчив, всегда готов подсказать и посоветовать, что и где посмотреть) это просто, волшебное место. Рекомендую на все 100%

리리뷰어제목: 중심지에 위치하나 시설이 실망스럽습니다.
후기: 수영장, 온수, 금고 등 기본적인 편의시설을 갖춘 호텔을 찾고 계시다면 계속 찾아보시길 추천드립니다. 제가 머무는 동안 현지 간병인은 거의 보이지 않았습니다. 며칠 동안 단 두 번뿐이었습니다. 편의 시설은 아쉬운 점이 많았습니다. 비누나 작업용 금고가 없었고 연중무휴 리셉션도 사실상 존재하지 않았습니다. 게다가 욕실 디자인도 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워를 할 때마다 화장실을 포함해 욕실 전체가 젖곤 했습니다. 게다가 화장실에서 물이 새는 일도 있었습니다. 매우 실용적인 중앙 위치에도 불구하고, 밤마다 개들이 짖는 소리(그들이 호텔의 개들인 것 같습니다)가 정기적으로 제 밤잠을 방해했습니다. 침대는 괜찮았으나 다른 불편함을 보상해주지는 못했습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 내 기대보다 훨씬 낮았습니다.

리리뷰어The cabins were not possible to find unless you already knew where they were. Perhaps we were supposed to get some additional information or a contact number, but we didn't recieve anything from the booking website and expected to be able to navigate to the address. The address wasn't quite where it was pined on google maps, but after circling the area multiple times we just happened to come across the owner's son who escorted us there. It's down a downward dirt path and then you take a right at the fork, go around some parked cars, and then you can see the cabins after you walk behind another building. Some signs along this route would have been helpful. The owners live a 10 minute walk up the hill so I'm not sure how we would have checked in or found them, especially considering the cell signal was very poor. Once we got the wifi and the owner's number from the son, communication was good and any issues were fixed quickly. I think if we had gotten their contact information and clear check-in instructions before setting off to the cabin everything would have been much easier.
The view from the cabin was nice; it looks out over the ocean (not the caldera/lake). It was a very nice expereince to be up so high in the mountains.
The bed was very comfortable. The toilet/shower area is combined as a small wetroom.
Convientiely, theres a small warung on the hill.
