The villa is the end terrace of six properties. It has a lovely large sun terrace overlooking the pool with views across the hills. The beautiful village of Polis with its pedestrianised restaurant area is about 15 minutes walk away. The unspoilt beach is about 2km away and the attractive Marina and seaside resort of Latchi which offers watersport activities is approx 5km.The house which is air conditioned throughout has two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful lounge and dining area. The flat screen TV has a set top box which receives all UK Freeview channels plus some Sky ones. It also offers a 7 day catch up facility. A DVD/CD player is also provided. Our 90 m2 apartment is spacious, decorated in warm colors and is very open with its high, sloping ceiling. On the 15 m2 large veranda there is a 6-seat dining table, and enough space to read on the recliner. The view upon your own garden seats with pool and exotic flora invites you to swim or just relax. The living room has an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a round, the insert at two windows dining table. The stereo and the TV set have a satellite antenna with English, German and Swiss programs. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are stable with orthopedic mattress and the fitted wardrobes, there is plenty of room to stow everything they need. The terracotta tiles are decorated in warm yellow, the cabinets cherry wood color. Cleaning & linen change 1x per week are free. Only beach towels must be brought along.Enjoy the cozy and private atmosphere of our two apartments in the village of Kissonerga, which is located between Paphos and Coral Bay.
