Quel accueil !!!! Cette guest house est exceptionnelle. En plein cœur de la vieille ville, cette maison traditionnelle offre tout le confort rêvé pour les voyageurs. Propriétaire aux petits soins...nous n avons jamais été reçus de la sorte. C'est touchant. Wifi top. Excellente adresse. Nous recommandons vivement.

제가 묵었던 게스트하우스는 서비스가 정말 좋았어요. 청결하고, 식사도 편리하며, 고성에서 1km 정도 떨어져 있어서 좋았어요. 사장님께서 무료로 객실 업그레이드도 해주셨고, 아래층에는 맛있는 음식점과 현지 과일 가게도 많았는데 과일이 정말 달고 맛있었어요. 방 샤워기 수압도 세고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와서 좋았고, 침대 시트와 이불 커버도 깨끗해서 잠도 정말 잘 잤어요. 다음에 또 여기에 묵을 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!

이곳은 정말 멋진 곳입니다. 지역 주택가와 학교들 사이에 있고 골목길에 조금 있지만, 대중교통에서 멀지 않고(지하철역까지 800m 거리) 택시도 많이 있습니다. 가격 대비 객실은 훌륭합니다. 저는 듀플렉스에서 3박을 묵었는데, 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 편의시설도 훌륭했고, 수건과 침대 시트도 깨끗했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 저는 중국어를 못 하지만 위챗이나 번역 앱을 통해 소통할 수 있어서 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 최선을 다해 도와주었고, 이것만으로도 기대 이상의 환대를 받았다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 또 다른 좋은 점은 호스트 중 한 분이 영어를 유창하게 구사한다는 것입니다! 외국인으로서 이 훌륭한 숙소에 묵는 것은 큰 장점입니다. 하지만 더 기억에 남는 여행을 위해 모든 여행객에게 현지 언어를 조금 배우라고 권하고 싶습니다. 호스트는 여행에 대한 좋은 조언도 해 줍니다. 앞으로 신장을 방문할 때 꼭 다시 이곳을 방문하고 싶습니다 💖

First and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows. The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity. The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.

The homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this. Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great! No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards. This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday! Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

I booked the room with a private sauna in the room and that was amazing! Coming back to the room every day after skiing and sitting in the sauna felt good! Such good value for money. The room is very big with a long balcony and a view of the mountains. The only thing lacking was the breakfast - it only started at 9.30am, which is a bit late for me if I want to start skiing at 10am when the first chair lift begins. The breakfast spread was also quite small, I would have appreciated for soy milk to be included as I do not drink dairy milk. The daily housekeeping service was mainly clearing out trash and bringing fresh towels, the floor/table were not cleaned. There was no flexibility to do a slightly later check-out and no free airport drop-off service like some of the other hotels in the similar price range offered. There is free drop-off and pick-up service to the ski field, which is about 5-min drive from the hotel. The best part of my stay is the reception staff who were friendly, kind and helpful! I needed help navigating the Chinese apps to retrieve a parcel and couldn't do it on my phone, so he helped me do the booking on his phone, liaised with the courier and paid first for it, sorting out the logistics for me, and I transferred him the money after. Very grateful for that because it helped me saved me a lot of time and hassle! Upon check-out, I had left my mobile phone charging in the reception area when I left for the airport and they drove over to meet me somewhere around the city while I waited in the taxi, to give my phone back to me, so that the driver didn't have to spend time going back - so that I can catch my flight in time. Super grateful for their kindness and support, going above and beyond.

＜한국인 입장에서 작성한 리뷰입니다＞ 우루무치 여행을 하는 소수의 한국인들을 위해 직접 리뷰를 남깁니다. 저는 4인용 숙소에서 2일간 묵었구요. 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 우선 아쉬운점 하나는, 우루무치 중심가 (홍산공원,대바자르) 에서 택시 기준 20분정도 떨어져 있습니다. 대신 우루무치 기차역/디워푸 공항까지 택시로 10분 안쪽으로 가깝습니다. 이 숙소는 한국으로 치면 오피스텔 건물에 오피스 룸으로 되있는 숙박업소구요. 지은지 얼마 안된 건물이라 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 화장실,샤워 시설이 공용이긴 하지만, 게스트하우스와 다르게 각 방마다 시설이 갖춰 있어서 개인 시설처럼 편하게 사용가능합니다. (특히 비수기때는 4인 숙소여도 혼자있거나, 게스트가 한두명밖에 없다면 사실상 개인룸처럼 쾌적한 이용이 가능해요) 그리고 따로 밥먹을 수 있는 식당 룸, 담소를 나눌 수 있는 공용공간이 있어서 숙소 내에서 편하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 사장님이 영어를 좀 하셔서 의사소통 충분히 가능하고, 귀여운 고양이가 오피스텔 이곳저곳을 휘젓고 다니는데 고양이랑 노는것도 나름 시간때우기 좋습니다. 우선 굉장히 청결하고 깨끗해서 좋습니다, 숙박비도 저렴하고.. 그리고 숙소 건물 1층에는 24시간 편의점이랑 새벽까지하는 양꼬치 식당도 있어서 끼니 때우기 좋습니다.

위치는 매우 좋으며 국도 옆에 주차 공간이 넓고 Nalati Scenic Area의 서쪽 문에서 차로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. Nalati Scenic Area의 동쪽 문 방향으로 교통 체증이 심각하고 Ximen 근처에서 놀기가 훨씬 편리합니다. 사장님은 예약이 조용한 요구 사항을 선택한 것을 보고 미리 연락을 주셨고, 특별실 밖에는 먹을 수 있는 안뜰이 있고 거리와 가깝고 소음이 있을 수 있다고 알려주셨어요. 실제 체크인 후 괜찮습니다. 한편으로는 이중창으로 방음이 잘되고 다른 한편으로는 귀마개를 가져왔습니다. 방이 넓고 커튼이 아주 잘 차광되어 있습니다. 의자가 하나 더 있으면 물건을 넣는 것이 더 편리합니다. 홈스테이에서 Gongnaisi 강을 건너 Nalati 강 계곡 초원을 바라볼 수 있습니다. 풍경이 매우 아름답습니다. 여러 관광객을 만났습니다.

시설: Row 위생: 예 환경: 좋음 서비스: 프런트 데스크 직원분은 매우 친절합니다. 무엇보다 혜가 바로 옆에 있어서 가격도 적당한 것 같아요. 좋은 환승역이에요. 유일한 문제는 혜가가 오전 11시에 너무 늦게 문을 연다는 것입니다. 매우 번거롭습니다. 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮고 가격대비 성능도 좋아요
