My trip to Sri Lanka staying at RIU Hotel was amazing. It was my first time booking an All-Inclusive package, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. There were a few areas that could be improved. The food, for instance, felt a bit low in quality, with limited options for a healthy diet. The gym was quite small, with limited equipment, and it would be great if the opening hours were extended to accommodate more guests throughout the day. That said, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and professional, always anticipating guests’ needs—especially in the buffet restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the à la carte restaurants as they were fully booked and very much in demand—something we weren’t aware of in advance. We’d definitely love to return once the monsoon season is over, as the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay. The beach, while beautiful, was unsafe for swimming at the time, which was a bit disappointing.

The Resort is very beautiful. The rooms are comfy and spacious. I have uploaded some room pictures you can see in that the rooms are nice. The main attraction is the property itself. The Resort is lake side with beautiful landscaping and design. On the first floor the is lounge and billiards room where you can chill. On the second floor ( Terrace ) there are multiple small rooms, lounge, fitness centre and spa created for meetings, leisure and relaxing. There is pool on the ground floor overlooking the lake. Which is perfect in the morning. This property is to enjoy the Resort itself. You can definitely stay here. It is worth the money.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hikka Tranz. I had full board and the food had plenty of options and was very good. Cocktails at the beach bar were affordable and really tasty. I would not recommend ordering food there though, it was expensive and not nice. The gym does not have air conditioning, but overall a great place to relax.

酒店還是比較漂亮的，服務很熱情，房間很大，就是床比較高，女士可能上下會略微麻煩點，但酒店整體還是很美的，值得推薦，位置比較好，衹要在古城沒位置都很好因為古城不大

Это лучший отель на всей Шри-Ланко!!! Кухня, сервис, приватность, расположение - все на высоте! В отеле всего 30 номеров, людей нет, даже при полной загруженности, вы как будто одни! Шикарные безлюдные пляжи с ласковым океаном. Можно по долгу гулять по берегу. В отеле кормят по меню, каждое блюдо это произведение искусства. Батлер выполняет любое ваше пожелание. Брали отель на завтраках и не пожалели, ужины оплачивали сами, они дороже чем в ресторанах на улице, но такой кухни вы не найдете больше нигде! Шикарная винная карта! Номера комфортные, у нас был номер с бассейном. За день до отъезда отель сделал нам кучу подарков и мы остались очень довольны! Однозначно вернемся в этот отель и не раз!

Ala-Card 음식 시스템, 큰 메뉴에서 선택하지만 매우 맛있는 요리. 이 호텔에서 보낸 일주일 동안 다른 곳에서 먹고 싶은 마음이 없었습니다. 몇 가지 결과가 있습니다. 매우 작은 지역과 포장 도로가 없는 부분을 지나는 호텔 외부, 아무데도 걷지 않고 불편합니다. 서비스에 몇 가지 문제가 있습니다. 끝내고 싶습니다. 방에는 전화 충전에 적합한 욕실에 패드가 하나만 있습니다. 그러한 호텔에는 이미 유형 c 충전 또는 무선이 있어야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 곳입니다. 일주일 동안 여기에 머무르는 것이 지루하지 않았습니다)

Staying at Fort Printers was a really nice experience. The property is well-designed and spacious. It was my first time staying in a historical building, and it didn’t feel odd or scary at all. The location was perfect for getting around, though if you're staying in the fort, it’s not like there’s a huge area to explore anyway. Highly recommended for anyone who's into design hotels.

We visited during off-season, so there were very few other guests. The first morning we had an unusual ”set” breakfast, which was understandable as no buffet was offered when there were so few guests. Water pressure/temperature was unstable and there was a weird pulsating noise in the bathroom. On the positive side, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. It's a lovely estate in absolute terms and stunning in relative terms. Very near the trendy fort area, which is worth a visit. Overall pleased.

I booked this hotel for my parents. They are in their 50s. They said, We enjoyed a lot. Staff was so nice and kind. There were side events on Saturday. Food was great. The room is not like in the photos. We couldn’t see the sea from the bed. But the room was comfortable and all that. We will go there again.
