I booked this hotel many times.
Pro: Great locations. It also offer room landries machine, and provide option for breakfast and dinner
Cons: sometimes managment is disorganized, they repeatly making mistake with room extending and food divilery. and sometimes the breakfast plates is not properly clean.
Overall: this hotel is more suitable for bussiness travelers rather than tourists

시설: 올해 초에 막 개장하여 모든 시설이 아주 새롭고 최신식이었습니다. 다양한 충전 케이블을 꽂을 수 있는 멀티 콘센트가 있어서 이 점이 아주 좋았습니다. 밤에는 매우 조용했고 방음도 잘 되었습니다.
위생: 매우 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다.
머무는 동안 편안했지만, 아침 식사는 뭐랄까, 아주 간단하게 배를 채울 수 있는 정도였습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있었지만, 딱 기본적인 서비스라고 할 수 있겠습니다.
그리고 프런트 데스크 흑인 직원분들은 다소 차별적인 태도를 보이는 듯했습니다. 하지만 예의를 갖춰 대화하면 문제를 해결하기 위해 최선을 다해 도와주었습니다.
이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 바로 옆에 중국 음식점 두 곳이 있다는 것입니다. 한 곳은 후난 요리, 다른 한 곳은 광둥 요리 전문점인데, 두 곳 모두 음식 퀄리티가 매우 좋았습니다. 양도 푸짐해서 성인 두 명이 요리 두 개만 시켜도 배부르게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 가성비가 매우 높고 아주 훌륭했습니다. 또한 부유층 주거 지역에 위치해 있어서 보안이 매우 좋았습니다. 많은 중국인 투숙객들이 그곳에 머무는 것을 볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 밖에는 넓은 잔디밭이 있고 테이블도 있어서, 낮에 햇살이 좋을 때는 앉아서 일광욕을 하거나 커피를 마실 수도 있었습니다.
다음 출장 때도 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것 같습니다.

호텔은 좋고 깨끗하고 위생적이지만 프론트의 서비스 태도가 허접하고 헤이삼촌도 마찬가지지만 오프라인 예약에 비해 가격이 좀 비싸서 혼자 나가면 오프라인으로 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

매우 좋은 숙박 경험입니다. 새 호텔은 아니지만 매우 독특합니다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 훌륭합니다. 위치도 매우 좋고 안전합니다. 아침 식사가 매우 풍부합니다. 옆집에 훌륭한 스테이크하우스가 있습니다. 호텔이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 옆 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 매우 만족합니다. , 꼭 추천하고 다시 묵을 가치가 있습니다.

ヨハネスブルク観光2日目で利用。値段はホリデイ・インの中でもかなり安めだが質はかなり良い。ロッジ風の建物でラウンジに暖炉があるのが味があって良いと思った。

어메니티가 부족하다고 데스크에 말하면 더 주고, 조식은 진짜 맛있고, 필요한 서비스들은 바로 연결해 주는 편한 호텔이었어요. 호텔 지하에 있는 스파도 괜찮았어요. 다만 실내에서 신는 슬리퍼가 없어 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

방은 크지 않지만 매우 깔끔합니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑, 약국, 헬스장, 카페 등 모든 것이 있습니다. 수영장이 없습니다. 이 정보는 잘못된 정보입니다. 수영을 하려면 옆에 있는 헬스장에 유료로 가야 합니다.

샌드턴의 하얏트 하우스에서 경이로운 경험! 요하네스버그 교외에 위치한 이 호텔은 안전하고 고요한 환경을 제공합니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고 스토브, 전자레인지, 미니 냉장고가 있는 아파트 같은 설정이 있었습니다. 또한 여기 직원들은 절대적으로 믿을 수 없습니다. 나는 솔직히 그들에게 충분히 감사할 수 없습니다. 그들은 매우 친절하며 요하네스버그에서 훌륭한 숙박을 할 수 있도록 할 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에서 아침 식사 직원에 이르기까지 모두가 훌륭했고 언젠가 요부르크로 돌아갈 수 있기를 고대하고 있습니다.

It’s conveniently close to Sandton City Mall, which made shopping and getting around very easy. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming in daily, which I appreciated.
However, I did experience an ongoing issue with the room key card. Every time I returned to my room, the card wouldn’t open the door. This happened multiple times during my stay, and it became quite frustrating, especially when I had shopping bags or luggage with me. I had to carry everything downstairs to the reception to report the issue, only to be told someone would come assist. I’d then have to go back upstairs and wait, sometimes for quite a while. Occasionally, one of the cleaning staff was kind enough to open the door for me, which helped, but the inconsistency and inconvenience definitely affected my overall experience.

리리뷰어Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

MMadAboutTravelling다른 저예산 공항 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴하며 셔틀을 통해 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸서비스와 레스토랑도 훌륭합니다. 그러나 시설은 오래되었고 첫 번째 방에는 금고가 없었습니다. 두 번째 방에는 금고가 있었지만 작동이 멈췄으며 리모컨의 배터리도 작동을 멈췄습니다. 뜨거운 에어컨은 오래되어 덜거덕거렸습니다. 그 말! 가든 코트 호텔은 끔찍하고 대륙간 호텔이 너무 비싸기 때문에 아마도 다시 사용할 것입니다. 하지만 조금만 더 잘 관리하면 훨씬 더 좋아질 수 있습니다.

DDeborah-AnneI have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too!
The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business.
The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades.
The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money!
Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)
