連泊でしたが、部屋の掃除、チェックアウト後のベッドメイキング等きちんとされてました。また、トイレの掃除も行き届いており、気持ちよく使うことができました。

Les employés étaient parfaits. Cependant, on ne peut recommander cet hôtel pendant les journées de grandes chaleurs parce qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'air climatisé qui se rend dans la chambre. Le système de climatisation est centralisé, et très peu performant dans la chambre. Il aurait fallu dormir la porte ouverte pour réussir à avoir un tout petit peu de fraîcheur.

프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 영어 소통도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 위치도 매우 편리했고, 아침에는 무료 가이드 투어 신청도 할 수 있었습니다. 방은 상당히 쾌적하고 넓었지만, 난방이 다소 강해서 낮에는 조금 더웠습니다. 주방 시설도 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 음식 보관용 대형 냉장고도 있었습니다. 요리하는 사람이 많지 않아서 편안하게 주방을 이용할 수 있었어요. 엘리베이터가 없으니 짐이 많거나 힘이 약한 여행객들은 조용한 방을 특별히 요청하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 조용한 방을 요청하면 최고층의 가장 안쪽 방으로 배정해주는 배려는 좋았지만, 짐을 옮기다가 울고 싶을 정도로 힘들었습니다. 공용 욕실/화장실은 여러 개 있었지만, 청소할 시간이 부족했는지 막혀서 보기에 불쾌한 변기를 마주친 적이 있었습니다.

Lugar conveniente por su ubicación para recorrer la ciudad, cerca del metro y estación de autobuses. Es un hotel cápsula en donde dispones de una tarjeta electrónica para un locker de equipaje grande, un locker para dejar las zapatillas (en un piso debajo, sótano) y con sandalias puedes ingresar adonde están las cápsulas también con la misma tarjeta magnética. Los baños son limpiados varias veces al día, el agua de la ducha ha sido muy buena. Entregan toalla en garantía cobran 5 dólares canadienses, que son devueltos cuando haces el check-out. Internet funciona muy bien.

두 번째로 유스호스텔에 묵었는데, 정말 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 주차장이 있었고, 요리도 할 수 있었습니다. 가보고 싶었던 관광지들과도 모두 가까웠고요. 침대에 커튼이 있어서 사생활 보호도 잘 되었습니다.

매우 좋은 위치이고, 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다. 실제로 많은 동포들이 질문이 있을 때 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 체크인 전 걱정했던 무료 주차 공간 문제도 완벽하게 이용 가능했습니다. 저는 열쇠만 남겨두고 직원이 필요할 때 차를 옮겨줄 수 있었습니다. 맥길 대학교와 올드 포트가 모두 도보 거리에 있어, 매우 비용 효율적인 숙박 옵션입니다.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and sightseeing points, making it very convenient. However, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and the strong smell of oil paint was uncomfortable. Better ventilation or scheduling renovations during low occupancy periods could help. Additionally, there was a lack of communication among the staff. Despite informing them of our stay duration, we were asked a few times if we were checking out on our second day, and a staff member even entered our room without knocking. Improving internal communications and ensuring staff knocking before entering rooms would enhance the guest experience. Overall, wow, the location is great, addressing this issues would significantly improve the stay.

도깨비 언덕을 가고자 한다면 이 호텔이 가장 적합할 것 같다!! 도보 3-5분 거리 밖에 안걸려서 아침 저녁으로 도깨비언덕 산책했다. 다만 단점은 건물이 오래된 것 같다는 점..? 침대는 넓으나 화장실은 매우 좁고 불편하다. 샤워욕조와 변기가 마주보고 거의 바로 있으며 세면대는 따로 있다. 방문 옆에 세면대가 있음. 가구도 오래된 것 같지만 방은 청결한 편이였다. 침대가 편해서 잠도 푹 잤음!
