the rinjani view from outside so nice but little bit dissapointed with the rinjani view from the cabin because blocking by the big bamboo tree. so sad because before i book the room i already chat with bobocabin lombok to request the nice rinjani view from cabin and promised by them. turns out dissapointing. sad. but overall stay is ok 👍🏼

Best scenery in Sembalun overlooking the serene paddy/strawberry fields with 3 prominent mountains Pergasingan, Anak Dara and Nanggi. Host/owner is extremely gracious.

Хороший отель за эту цену, можно остановиться 1-2 ночи. Достаточно чисто, есть автомат с горячей водой. Недостатки: никакой звукоизоляции, запах сырости в номере, очень уставшие и потрепанные номера/мебель, маленькая ванная. На фото лучше чем в жизни

Nice secluded location away from the busy road. If arriving by car, one needs to park at adjacent Lembah Rinjani. Wifi did not work. Even if it did, could only access it by going to Lembah Rinjani as well. Likewise, breakfast was also served at the cafe at Lembah Rinjani. Pretty odd arrangement overall. Room was comfy albeit small. Hot shower worked reasonably well. Breakfast was pretty basic. Overall for above Rp300.000 room, was expecting a bit more. Beautiful gardens and view of Mt Rinjani from the resort itself.

즐거운 숙박이었으며 Epicentrum Mall 근처에 있어 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 방은 인더스트리얼 인테리어 디자인으로 멋지고 넓습니다. 거대한 창문과 기도 매트가 제공되는 플러스 포인트입니다.

The staff was amazing, view from the room is great too
Room was clean, and although it is in the middle of nature and green area i did not get stung by anything not even a mosquito
Food was great
And I say it again but the staff was absolutely great shout out to Anyar the best of the best

CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.

리리뷰어This is one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. The staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help. They offered laundry service, motorbike hire and even free airport transport.

The breakfast being included and having access to a pool made the whole experience 10x better.
One small thing to note is that there was a pungent sulphur (maybe?) smell escaping through the drains or sink on multiple occasions.

리리뷰어Lovely hotel and really good location, 5/6 minute walk to the beach. The room was fairly basic but clean and really nice for the price. The shower had amazing pressure and hot water. The pool and loungers were all clean. Very welcoming vibe to the hotel as the staff were so lovely and friendly, they love to chat with the guests. You can also rent bikes from the hotel for cheap which was so nice being able to ride round the island. Would definitely stay again !!!!
