멕시코 푸에블라주 소재 3성급 호텔

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

This is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave. The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker. The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on. Would highly recommend this hotel.

일반적으로 우리의 경험은 매우 좋았고 서비스는 좋았으며 직원들이 할 일이 많을 때에도 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 방은 더 깨끗할 수 있었고 조명을 켜면 욕실에서 높은 소음이 있었지만 그 외에는 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

창문이 완전히 밀봉되어 열 수 없었습니다. 방금 들어갔을 때 방에서 냄새가 났고 현기증이 났으며 에어컨을 오랫동안 열어 두었습니다. 엘리베이터도 매우 낡고 느립니다. 화장실에 샤워커튼이 없고, 샤워를 하고 나면 바닥 전체가 물이 차서 흐를 수 없습니다.

푸에블라 대형 쇼핑몰과 연결 되어 있어서 식사,쇼핑,숙박이 한번에 가능하다. 대형 쇼핑몰이라 보안 요원들이 많이 배치되어 있고, 호텔 1층에 가드가 상시 출입구를 지키고 있어 안전하다. 우버를 부를때도 좋다. 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 월마트가 있어서 무언가 필요하다면 이곳에서 살수있다. 대형 쇼핑몰과 붙어 있다는 장점 빼곤 딱히 좋은점은 없다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분 친절하나, 방음이 매우 취약하고 낮12시가 되면, 호텔내 객실 청소하는 소리와 사람들의 소음, 그리고 망치질 까지 ~ 편안하게 쉴수없다. 화징실은 대부분 노후화 되어있다. 호텔 내부에 있는 레스토랑은 추천하지 못하겠지만, 희안하게 룸서비스로 시키는 음식들은 양도 많고 맛도 나름 준수하다. 호텔 직원들은 주어진 범위 내에서 되도록 해결해 주려고 노력한다.

房間很乾凈，衛生。每天打掃的也很乾凈。旁邊就是沃爾瑪買東西吃飯都很方便。就是第二天就不給水了，會比較渴。晚上如果開空調的話噪音比較大。
