Very pretty and nice resort with mountain view. Friendly staffs and super super nice breakfast. However, it is too fat away from Kandy city center, you have to pay 1500+ rp for each ride, and most tuk tuk drivers don't prefer to go to this place. The google map shows wrong way and the team knew about this, but informed us just on the day of arrival, making this journey even harder.

이곳은 산악 지대에 위치해 있어 아침 풍경이 정말 아름답습니다. 안개와 туман이 언덕 위로 피어오르는 모습을 보며 깨어나고, 그 아름다운 풍경을 배경으로 길을 걷는 것은 정말 특별한 경험이었습니다. 평화로운 산속 분위기를 원하신다면 이곳이 제격입니다. 청결 상태도 좋았고, 직원들은 항상 친절하고 정중했습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다. 특별히 고급스럽지는 않지만 하루를 기분 좋게 시작하기에 충분했습니다. 시내까지 2~3km밖에 떨어져 있지 않아 맛집이 많아 편리했습니다. 객실에는 티백과 전기 주전자, 온수 샤워 시설이 갖춰져 있어 기본적인 편의시설만 제공됩니다. 저는 8월에 방문했는데, 두꺼운 담요 덕분에 추위를 잘 견딜 수 있어서 히터 없이도 편안하게 잘 잤습니다. 산속 기후 특성상 에어컨은 없지만, 겨울에는 히터를 사용하려면 하룻밤에 2,000루피를 추가해야 하니 참고하세요. 침대는 평범했어요. 침구와 수건은 깨끗했지만 스프링이 약간 느껴져서 잠을 좀 설쳤습니다. 창문에서 산이나 호수 전망은 볼 수 없었어요. 한두 방 정도는 가능할지도 모르지만, 기대하지는 않는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 진짜 매력은 이른 아침에 창문 밖으로 나가면 펼쳐지는 풍경에 있습니다. 가격은 제가 예약할 때는 315였는데 세금 포함해서 410이었어요. 개인적으로는 객실이 기본적인 수준이라는 점을 고려하면 조금 비싸다고 생각했습니다. 아마도 위치와 환상적인 아침 안개와 물안개 때문에 가격이 높은 것 같아요. 그런 분위기를 정말 중요하게 생각하는 사람이라면 그만한 가치가 있을 수도 있겠죠. 전반적으로 전망도 좋고 직원들도 친절한 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 다만 객실에 대한 기대치를 낮추고 가격을 감안해야 할 것 같아요. 다시 묵을 의향이 있냐고요? 이 가격이라면 아마 안 할 것 같지만, 다른 사람들은 왜 좋아할지 이해할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

우리는 최근에 W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya에 B & B 기준으로 머물렀고 전반적으로 매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 우리는 가장 큰 발코니가 있는 가장 중심적인 객실 중 하나를 받았으며 아름다운 전망을 제공합니다. 확실히 우리 숙박의 하이라이트입니다. 방은 넓고 매우 깨끗하며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 차와 커피 메이커를 사용할 수 있습니다. 내부는 고급스럽고 아늑하며 전체 재산이 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 화장실은 꽤 크고 기본적인 편의 시설이 제공되었으며 WhatsApp을 통해 추가 항목을 요청할 수 있다고 언급했습니다. 그러나 치과 키트를 두 번 요청하고 후속 조치도 두 번했지만 불행히도 배달되지 않았습니다. 체크인은 부드럽고 빠르며 친절하고 도움이되는 보안 담당자가 편리하게 주차 할 수 있습니다. 작은 잔디밭도 잘 관리되어 숙소의 매력을 더해줍니다. 그들의 사전 주문 식사 시스템은 매우 효율적이며 저녁 식사는 오후 6시 이전에 주문해야 하고 전날 밤 10시 이전에 아침 식사를 주문해야 합니다. 음식은 맛있었고 우리는 특히 잘 준비된 영국식 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다. 직원들은 일반적으로 세심하고 도움이되었으며 숙박에 긍정적으로 기여했습니다. 그러나 체크인시 웰컴 드링크를 보는 것이 좋을 것이며, 결혼 기념일을 축하하고 있었기 때문에 케이크나 간단한 장식과 같은 작은 제스처가 더 특별했을 것입니다. 또한 주방과 로비에서 약간의 소음이 들릴 수 있기 때문에 객실은 방음이 잘 되지 않습니다. 전반적으로 Nuwara Eliya의 아름답고 편안한 숙박 시설로 편안한 휴가를 보내기에 이상적입니다. 세부 사항에 대한 관심의 몇 가지 개선으로 경험이 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 🌿✨

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

The Good The standout feature of The Coffee Bungalow is undoubtedly its staff, particularly Adrian, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was attentive and genuinely warm, making us feel well cared for. The food was another highlight—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A particularly nice touch was when they packed us a complimentary to-go lunch for our train journey out of Kandy, which was a pleasant and unexpected gesture. The Bad The lack of air conditioning was a notable downside, especially given Kandy’s humidity. While the property has a charming colonial feel, the absence of a solid door between the bedroom and bathroom was an odd design choice. Although the toilet and shower do have louvered doors, privacy is somewhat compromised. Another issue was the challenging entry system—we found ourselves locked out one night, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The Ugly Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the ant problem. While some level of bugs is to be expected in a tropical setting, the sheer number of ants, particularly in the bathroom but also in the bedroom, was hard to ignore. It definitely impacted our overall comfort. Overall, The Coffee Bungalow has a lot of charm and some truly wonderful hospitality, but there are a few quirks and inconveniences that might not suit every traveler. If you’re prepared for a bit of rustic charm and can handle the lack of AC and privacy, the warm service and great food may make up for the downsides.

Personalized care: From arranging taxis to offering sightseeing tips, they go beyond standard service. 머무는 동안 음료와 비스킷이 있는 아주 멋진 작은 빌라, 서비스는 좋습니다. 총 6개의 객실이 있으며, 다락방에는 당구대가 있는 라운지가 있습니다. 장식이 아주 멋집니다. 소켓은 둥근 구멍 소켓이며 변환 플러그가 필요합니다. 방에 주전자가 있습니다. 나쁜 곳은 변기 물세척이 안되고 세면대 수도꼭지가 불량입니다. 1박을 했기 때문에 댓글을 달지 않았습니다.

빌라 예아 필즈에서의 숙박은 정말 천국 같았습니다. 정말 평화롭고, 편안하고, 영감을 주는 경험은 말로 표현할 수 없습니다. 호스트의 진심 어린 친절과 빌라의 위치 덕분에 이 빌라에서 정말 멋진 이틀을 보냈습니다. 차밭 한가운데에 위치한 이 빌라는 정말 멋진 풍경을 자랑합니다. 아주 풍성하고 정성스럽게 준비된 아침 식사, 넓고 깨끗한 객실, 그리고 호스트는 정말 최고였습니다. 스리랑카 여행의 목표였던 차밭을 직접 방문할 기회도 있었습니다. 평화롭고 때묻지 않은 자연 속에서의 숙박을 강력 추천합니다!

The lake next to the property is beautiful and the owner is really accommodating - he escorted me to the lookout as it is dangerous to go out by yourself in the evening and early morning because of the elephants that may wander through the area. Both him and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sigiriya. The room has a tea and coffee station, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. You are in nature, so if you don’t mind a couple of little frog friends in the bathroom, and you are a bird enthusiast, then this is the place for you.

Abbiamo pernottato qui due notti per poter godere delle due attrazioni principali della zona. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili ed il responsabile è un giovane simpatico che ci sa fare! La posizione è molto tranquilla anche se non molto lontano dai locali. Camera buona e anche la colazione servita all'ultimo sulla terrazza che guarda sulla rocca. Di notte la strada sterrata è completamente buia e vi sconsiglio di andarci a piedi meglio se con una macchina o un tuktuk.
