We stayed there for three days and every night at around 5 we were woken up by (what I hope was) monkeys that somehow got into the attic above us and made such loud noises that we jumped out of bed. It went on for about a hour or so and you could never really fall back asleep after cause you never knew when the noises would come back. It got so bad that I was scared that the ceiling might fall down! We had a room right by the kitchen and restaurant and all of the staff sat right outside our door, so we could hear them talking and laughing very clearly at almost any given time (Don’t stay in room 201 I guess) The food was ok but they didn’t have any drinks in the bar (except for one kind of beer which was warm) which we found a bit odd. The breakfast was average. The best thing about this place was honestly the pool, super nice views. The pool area overall was very clean and nice.

We were so disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is very tired and run down and not very clean. The sheets, towels and furniture had stains on them and the bathroom was full of soap scum and water damage/mould and the bins ext were damaged. Attention to detail just isn’t there!Although they supplied basic team coffee, sugar etc they didn’t supply any milk for tea/coffee. We had asked for a room with 2 single beds and a double and upon our arrive we had found that one of the beds was yet to be made, the staff came to make it but I had to call to get a cover for the duvet as it had just been placed on-top of the bed, they delivered it to our room but I was the one that had to make it. We ordered room service for dinner which was nice and for breakfast we had an English breakfast in the restaurant, there was a nice selection of food, but the corn flakes were stale and we weren’t offered any coffee or tea. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay.

A great place to stay when you are in Kandy Sri Lanka. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and delicious food. Easy access to the city as well as the temple of tooth. Would definitely recommend

A group of us (16 in total) spent the weekend of 11th and 12th March at View 360 - Kandy. We had a lovely time at this hotel. The rooms - apartment style - was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and above all, the service from everyone at the hotel was simply magnificent. Mark and his team looked after us very well. Always eager to help. It is well worth the money you spent. If in Kandy, this is the place to be!

A pleasant hotel located conveniently in the heart of Kandy. This hotel has spacious rooms with great views, nice amenities and a very pleasant staff. We were super happy with the experience as every team member of this property is helpful and fully motivated. I guess it comes from the motivating leadership of the General Manager - Mr Mark. Mark has been very helpful in helping us with every need we had and went above and beyond to create a superb itinerary for us during our travels. Thank you Mark and the team for making our stay a memorable one. We know that we have a home away from home in Kandy now. 🙂

Much better and confy than I thought of

Great food and friendly staff. But disappointed with the service. we booked the place for an engagement party a month before the function. We came to see the place and discussed what needs to be done and came to an agreement about the arrangements and food. But we did not get exactly what we agreed on for the day. We didn't get what we ordered from the menu for around 40 people. They didn't serve the welcome drink. From the set menu 3, we ordered two salads, only one was served, there was no fish cutlets, chilli paste, prawn crackers, mango chutney and we had to ask for cutlery and water whenever someone needed. Poke curry was not enough which was small potion. The chocolate moose was not up to standard. We were promised to have the tables arranged for the lunch as we requested and a table decoration/arrangement where the engagement took place which was at the rooftop and non was done as expected. We came couple of times to discuss about the event and the menu and asked if we can put our own playlist and we were assured that it's possible. But during the function staff said they cannot do it due to technical error. They played their own playlist but during lunch they were playing some TV program which was really killing the mood of our guests and we had to ask them to change it and put some music again which was done in the middle of lunch area Infront of all the invitees. We requested the lunch to be ready at 1PM and it was 40 minutes late. We always had to remind everything to the staff to get things done. But they charged the full price whatsoever. Really disappointed since we were assured that they gonna be ready for the day and we put some trust in them for day to be perfect.
