비교적 저렴하고 가성비가 좋은 숙소였습니다. 방은 조금 작았지만 도착했을 때는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 다만 서비스 아파트는 다소 부족했습니다. 방 청소는 5일에 한 번만 해줬습니다. 사실상 아무도 청소를 하지 않은 셈입니다. 청결을 중시하는 분이라면 쓰레기를 버리고, 침대를 정리하고, 욕실을 직접 청소해야 합니다. 욕실에는 바닥 난방이 설치되어 있어 맨발로 걸어도 매우 편안합니다.

Unfortunately and sadly, I would like to write this post that I got a bad-biggest experience from Novotel Group.
Housekeeping skipped or missed (Human error saith by Manager from that hotel) our room to clean and top up everything. They forgot to throw the trash and then when we came and entered the room; everything is remain the same :very messy: smelly.
The manager told me that they could provide a new room for us and could help to throw trash and topping up everything. I was ok (but it’s my last trip in Europe,I felt so tired and didn’t want to move again) but another my two friends were disagreeing with this situation to change the room. The manager gave me three free drinks but I denied them. I lost face bcoz of my friend.
I came and stayed there for two nights with my friends. All of my colleagues laughed at me bcoz of that situation (Housekeeping error) was happened. I really so sad for this manner.

기차역에서 도보로 8~10분 거리입니다. 근처에 작은 상점, 레스토랑, 빵집이 있습니다. 번화한 지역은 아니지만, 안전하게 드나들 수 있습니다. 생마리 광장 같은 관광지까지는 기차로 네 정거장 거리이며, 편도 요금은 4.10유로입니다. 제 기준으로는 도보로 약 30분 정도 걸립니다.
호텔에는 에어컨이 없습니다. 계절에 따라 다를 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

깨끗하고 조용하며 맛있는 조식.
호텔은 공항과 가깝습니다. 택시 탑승 시간은 약 ± 8~10분입니다.
프론트 데스크의 직원이 매우 친절합니다.
욕실에는 바닥 난방이 되어 있어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다.
유일한 점은 킹 사이즈 이층침대 대신 서로 붙어 있는 별도의 침대 2개가 있다는 점이었습니다. 그리고 우리는 아이와 함께 자는데 불편했고 매트리스가 분리되어 있었습니다. 그렇다면 이 문제를 통제해야 합니다.
그리고 전반적으로 우리는 만족했습니다

호텔이 시 외곽에 있지만, 문 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있고 올림픽 공원 맞은편에 있어서 BMW 박물관까지 지하철로 한 정거장입니다. 아침 식사는 종류도 풍부하고 아주 좋았습니다. 객실 침구류는 깨끗하고 질이 좋았습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있었고, 방에서 올림픽 공원이 바로 보여 TV 타워도 볼 수 있었습니다. 높은 층에 머무시면 전망이 더 좋을 거예요. 호텔 서비스도 괜찮았고 지하 주차장도 넓었습니다. 지하철로 구시가지까지 가기도 편리했어요. 다만, 슈퍼마켓이 조금 멀어서 두 곳 모두 약 700미터 정도 떨어져 있다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

Nice boutique hotel.
Located 10mins walk to Hackerbrucke station. A lot of shops/supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka) nearby the hotel.
Friendly staff. According to staff, all bedrooms have different theme, and mine was ”rock star” theme.
Bedroom - comfortable and clean.
Breakfast - simple, but was very good and healthy.
Highly recommended.

매우 좋습니다. 도심과 기차역과 매우 가깝습니다. 아래층에는 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 제가 머물렀던 모든 유럽 호텔과 매우 유사합니다. 슬리퍼와 칫솔은 제공하지 않지만 객실은 매우 좋습니다.

호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 지내기에 무리없이 좋습니다.
뮌헨 중앙역과 버스 정류장에서 조금 떨어져 있는 건 사실이지만 호텔 주변에서 이동하기에 무리 없습니다.
유일한 단점은 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되어 물이 흥건하다는 점 말고는 없습니다.

위치: 지하철역에서 도보 2분(약 300m) 거리로 매우 가깝습니다.
객실: 꽤 넓었고 인덕션이 있었습니다. 수건과 샴푸/샤워젤 겸용 제품은 있었지만, 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 치약은 제공되지 않으니 직접 준비하셔야 합니다.
환경: 조용하고 공기가 좋았습니다. 다만, 비가 자주 오는 날씨였습니다.
서비스: 언어 소통은 원활하지 않았지만, 직원들은 친절했습니다.
기타: 체크인은 미리 해두시는 것을 추천합니다. 현장에서 여권, 주소, 개인 정보 등 많은 서류를 작성해야 해서 절차가 다소 번거로웠습니다.

리리뷰어We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

리리뷰어I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

\\O_O/다른 여행자로부터 읽은 의견을 감안할 때 호텔은 실제로 내 기대를 훨씬 뛰어 넘었습니다. 우선 호텔 바로 옆에 U-bahn 역이 있으며 중앙역까지 2 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 에어컨이 완비되어 있어 독일의 다른 호텔 중에서는 다소 드니다. 또한 큰 창문이 있어 방 전체를 밝고 아늑하게 만듭니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 24시간입니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

익익명 사용자이 호텔을 추천합니다. 위치도 좋고, 직원들도 친절하고, 아침 식사도 맛있고, 가격도 비싸지 않아요. 저처럼 혼자 여행하는 경우 뮌헨 공항에서 루프트한자 익스프레스 버스를 이용하면 12유로밖에 안 하고 호텔 바로 앞에 정차합니다.

TTanBS호텔은 나쁘지 않은데 냉장고가 없고, 구입한 음료를 얼음처럼 차갑게 보관할 수 없는 점이 아쉽습니다. 위치가 기차역과 조금 가까워서 밤에 조금 시끄럽긴 하지만 다행스럽게도 기차의 빈도는 높지 않습니다.
