방은 크고 침대는 편안하며 욕실에는 샤워 공간이 있어 모든 곳에서 젖지 않습니다. 샴푸는 좋은 품질과 냄새와 같습니다. 아침 식사는 평균 이상이며 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 인터넷/Wi-Fi는 느리고 일부 작업에 어렵습니다. 손세척이 다 써져 주택 관리인이 리필하지 않았습니다. 퀸 베드 룸은 실제 퀸 베드가 아니라 트윈 베드가 함께 제공됩니다.

뮌헨 아트 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 내부는 매우 세련된 인테리어와 다양한 예술 작품으로 장식되어 있었습니다. 뮌헨 중앙역 근처에 위치한 호텔 덕분에 기차, 지하철, 트램을 이용해 시내 곳곳으로 이동하기가 매우 편리하여 시간을 절약할 수 있었습니다. 객실 요금도 상당히 합리적이었고, 매일 객실 청소가 제공되었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박 시설의 질에 매우 만족했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 매일 아침 푸짐한 무료 조식이 제공되었습니다. 훌륭한 위치, 합리적인 가격, 친절한 분위기까지 모든 면에서 뮌헨을 방문하는 여행객들에게 강력 추천하는 호텔입니다.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

위치는 찾기 쉽습니다. 지하 주차장의 주차 요금은 1박당 16유로입니다. 호텔 입구 양쪽에 있는 주차 공간은 무료입니다. 싱글 침대 2개는 마음대로 이동할 수 있습니다. 트윈 침대로 사용하거나 더블 침대 방으로 합쳐서 사용할 수 있습니다. 에어컨이 매우 따뜻합니다. 주방에는 식기와 조리도구가 완비되어 있으며, 체크아웃 시 가져갈 수 있는 행주와 세제가 무료로 제공됩니다. 1층 로비에는 24시간 무료로 뜨거운 물, 커피, 우유가 제공됩니다. 컵을 가져가셔야 합니다. 아침 식사 비용은 1인당 17유로인데, 개인적으로 그만한 가치가 없다고 생각합니다. 뜨거운 요리는 없고 간단한 빵, 과일 몇 조각, 소시지만 있습니다. 세면도구도 없고 슬리퍼도 없고 목욕 수건만 있습니다. 방은 하나뿐입니다.

However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

맛있는 아침 식사, 편리한 위치, 훌륭한 서비스, 훌륭한 시설, 근처에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있어 단기 여행에 적합한 선택입니다.

호텔이 기차역 비스듬한 맞은편에 있어서 기차 이용하기는 정말 편리했어요. 그런데 호텔이 오피스 빌딩 위층에 있다 보니 오가는 사람이 많아서 좀 복잡했습니다. 호텔이 많이 낡았고, 방음은 거의 안 된다고 봐야 해요. 방 문이 바로 옆방 문이랑 붙어 있어서 옆방에서 문을 열면 저희 방 문 여는 소리처럼 들렸어요. 밤에는 길거리 사람들의 말소리, 전차 소리, 심지어 경찰차 소리까지 들려서 엄청 시끄러웠습니다. 잠귀가 밝으신 분들께는 비추천해요. 호텔 이불은 어릴 때 쓰던 작은 이불 같은 거였어요(요즘 한국 가정에서는 보통 200x230cm 같은 큰 이불을 쓰는데 말이죠). 영 불편해서 밤에 자꾸 발이 이불 밖으로 나갔습니다. 다행히 이불이 두 개라서 다른 이불을 가로로 덮었네요. 뭔가 고생을 사서 하는 기분이었어요, 하하.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 기차역에서 300m밖에 안 돼요. 하지만 모든 좋은 점에는 나쁜 점도 있죠. 방이 정말 작고 기본적이에요. 침대 하나랑 나무 테이블 하나밖에 없어요 (사진은 동료 방에서 찍은 더블룸 사진입니다). 슬리퍼, 신발, 치약, 칫솔은 직접 챙겨야 하는데, 이건 괜찮아요. 가장 불만족스러웠던 점은 커튼이 제대로 닫히지 않아서 시차 적응에 방해가 되었다는 겁니다. 사장님께서 이 글을 보시고 새 커튼으로 교체해 주시길 바랍니다.
