조금 역에서 걷지만, 베네치아까지의 버스 정류장은 호텔 앞에 있기 때문에 편리했다. 호텔 종업원 분들도 친절하고 불편한 체류였다.
샤워가 작았던 것은 조금 신경이 쓰였지만 다른 체류처에서도 같은 사이즈였기 때문에 이것이 보통일까라고 생각했다.

베니스 방문을 위해 B&B 호텔 베네치아 라구나에서 묵었는데, 아주 좋은 경험이었습니다. 베네치아 시내 중심의 다른 호텔들에 비해 1박당 55~60유로로 뷔페식 아침 식사가 포함된 합리적인 가격이었어요. 트론케토에 위치해 있어서 피플 무버(모노레일, 1.5유로)나 바포레토(1회 9.5유로, 1일권 25유로, 2일권 35유로)를 타고 이동해야 합니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 서비스는 친절했고, 특히 Andrea와 리셉션의 스페인 여성 직원, 그리고 도착 당일 오후 4시에 실수로 저녁 식사를 주문했는데 실제 식사 시작 시간은 오후 5시 30분이었음에도 불구하고 제 주문을 처리해 준 주방 레스토랑 직원들에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 유일한 작은 단점은 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 시 가방당 5유로를 청구한다는 점이었습니다.

역에서 3분 거리의 뛰어난 위치. 버스 정류장, 카페, 상점. 이웃집과 다음 입구에는 중국식 카페와 레스토랑이 있습니다. 우리는 그것을 주문했습니다-괜찮은 품질 이상이며 비싸지 않습니다. 앞서 쓴 길거리의 불쾌한 성격에 대해서는 확인하지만 가끔 등장했습니다.
아파트 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 방에 냉장고. 공용 공간과 주방.
체크인 전 소유자가 수행한 이해할 수 없는 의사소통에 대해 이전 리뷰에서 언급한 내용을 확인합니다. 광고에 나와있는 번호로 사전에 연결이 안되더군요... 예약이 이루어진 포털을 통해서 들어가야 했습니다. Trip.com은 궁극적으로 의사소통을 개선하는 데 도움이 되었습니다!

방 자체는 괜찮았지만, 방에 들어서자마자 심한 하수구 냄새가 나서 정말 끔찍했어요. 132호였는데, 만약 이 호텔에 묵으신다면 꼭 아래층에 내려가서 다른 방으로 바꿔달라고 하세요. 저는 개인적으로 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다. 하룻밤에 69유로를 지불했는데, 프런트 직원들은 친절했고 아침 식사도 제공해 줬어요. 가격 대비 만족스러웠는지는 모르겠지만, 그래도 뭐라도 제공해 준다는 건 좋았죠. 하지만 저는 절대 다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 거예요!

호텔은 섬의 기차역에서 2km 떨어져 있습니다. 로마 광장(Piazzale Roma)까지 1.50유로짜리 셔틀버스를 타고 몇 분 안에 갈 수 있습니다. 로마 광장에서 공항으로 가는 5번 버스도 꽤 편리합니다. 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 평범하고 좀 밋밋합니다. 슬리퍼나 세면도구도 없습니다. 유럽 호텔이라니! (호텔에서 콜라를 캔당 4.50유로에 판매합니다. 사지 마세요. 그냥 나와서 지하 주차장에서 우회전하세요. 음료 자판기가 1.60유로입니다. ㅎㅎ)

복도부터 객실까지 어디에서나 깨끗한 냄새가 나고, 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원이 있었고, 우리 방은 금고와 냉장고가 있어 매우 컸습니다. 우리는 추가 베개와 무료 키트를 요청했고 그들은 우리의 요청을 충족할 준비가 되어 있었습니다.
가르다(Garda)의 다양한 마을에 접근할 수 있는 편리한 위치이며 아피(Affi) 상업 지역에서도 매우 가깝습니다.

우리가 이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 베니스 공항에서 그리 멀지 않고, 이른 비행기 시간이었기 때문입니다. 호텔 직원은 아침 4시에 우리를 위해 환승을 주선했습니다. 우리는 제 시간에 거기에 도착했습니다.
방은 깨끗하고 2명이 사용하기에 충분히 컸습니다. 침대는 괜찮습니다. 단순한 방이지만 우리는 괜찮았습니다.
아침 식사는 뮤즐리, 요거트, 크루아상, 빵 등이 포함되어 있었고 신선한 제철 과일도 함께 제공되어 좋았습니다.
우리는 2박을 묵었습니다.
대체로 우리는 그곳에서 괜찮은 숙박을 했습니다.

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

리리뷰어We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.

리리뷰어我和11歲的兒子獨自旅行，整個住宿體驗還是非常不錯的，因為我每天行程很滿，所以我對住宿的要求就是床大、安靜、無異味、方便洗澡、方便洗小件的衣物（短褲襪子什麼的），這個房間基本滿足我的需求，旅館離聖馬可廣場非常近（步行5分鐘），有個可愛的陽台晚上不想開空調可以開窗户，早餐非常不錯（我現在控糖期間所以衹吃無糖酸奶、西紅柿、黃瓜，麥片和火腿，咖啡不錯，還有一個水機可以出來有水果氣味但無甜味的礦泉水很贊😎還有個隱祕關卡-需要橙汁和炒蛋培根可以單找服務員要），缺點是沒有飲水機

리리뷰어La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas
