Hosteller에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다! 분위기는 차갑고 장소는 깨끗했으며 직원은 매우 도움이되었습니다. 그것을 더 좋게 만든 것은 같은 생각을 가진 여행자를 만나는 것이었습니다. 훌륭한 회의, 공유된 이야기 및 견고한 추억이었습니다. 사교적이지만 편안한 숙박을 찾고 있다면 완벽한 장소입니다. 확실히 돌아올 것입니다!

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

We stayed for two nights at White Lotus Hotel in Udupi and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. They offer valet parking, which was quite convenient. The food at the in-house restaurant was also excellent, with good quality and taste. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Udupi.

The Ibis Hebbal Bengaluru property is not really a value for money deal. Most of the staff barring one or two individuals seemed untrained and hence unprofessional. Chaotic reception area since they seemed to be under staffed.
The rooms are clean but very basic. The bathroom lights kept going off randomly during my shower. The buffer area is very congested with the service being quite basic.
Overall a very average score to give this property and its staff

A television without channels and unable to connect to WiFi. It seems illogical to have such a large TV when it's prohibited from connecting to WiFi. Additionally, the satellite TV only offered a few free channels at best. They also charge for the plates.

리리뷰어I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

리리뷰어Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

리리뷰어While strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.

LLuvsidhuThe room size was noticeably larger compared to other hotels in the same price range, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping did a good job and cleaned the room daily, maintaining a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety.
The staff were generally polite, though I believe the service could be improved. I wouldn’t describe it as terrible customer service, but as an Indian, I feel our hospitality standards are usually much higher.
One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I gave ₹500 to a staff member to get change, and unfortunately, they never returned. Incidents like this are concerning, especially when dealing with international guests, as it can negatively impact the image of Indian hospitality.
Overall, the stay was comfortable due to the room size and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in service integrity and professionalism
