리리뷰어I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

리리뷰어호텔 위치는 MG 로드 MRT 역에서 멀지 않고 주변에 술집도 많지만, 호텔 앞 도로와 주변 지역이 공사 중이라 전반적인 경험을 저해했습니다.
객실이 프런트 데스크 바로 옆에 있는 것은 다소 특이했는데, 마치 직원 휴게실을 개조한 듯한 느낌이었습니다. 인테리어는 비교적 현대적이지만 방음이 잘 안 되고, 온수는 프런트에서 틀어야 하며, 초인종이 없는 등 개선이 필요한 부분이 많았습니다.

리리뷰어Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

리리뷰어While strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.
5 star surely from us.

리리뷰어머무는 동안 많은 개선이 필요합니다. AC가 제대로 작동하지 않아 방이 불편합니다. 욕실의 플러시도 제대로 작동하지 않아 불편을 끼칩니다. 또한 아침 식사 메뉴는 다양성이 거의 없어 매우 제한되어 하루의 더 나은 시작을 기대하는 손님에게 실망 스럽습니다. 전반적으로 이러한 문제로 인해 경험은 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 손님의 편안함을 향상시키기 위해 즉각적인 관심이 필요합니다. 기본 시설을 개선하고 더 다양한 아침 식사 메뉴를 제공하면 전반적인 손님 경험과 만족도가 크게 향상됩니다.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed an unpleasant smell. I asked the staff to spray some air freshener, which helped a bit. If you’re sensitive to odors, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here.
The sofa wasn’t very clean either 😅 — there were visible stains on it.
The TV was great though, and it has YouTube!
The bedroom itself was comfortable. The air conditioner looked quite old, so I didn’t use it. Surprisingly, even with just the fan on, the room was still cool enough.
The bathroom was decent, but I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries.
Overall, the soundproofing isn’t very good, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper.
Also, the hotel room uses a traditional key instead of an automatic door lock. As for how safe that feels… I’ll let you decide. 🤣
Overall, for the price, I think the room offers pretty good value.
