Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Un hôtel très bien situé dont les chambres sont très propres, bien décorées, modernes avec un ameublement très confortable et la cerise sur le gâteau est le petit déjeuner copieux offrant une bonne qualité d’aliments. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil et serviable.

It was very close to the airport, which was what we we needed. It would be nice to have a little fridge in the room.

Really, I mean really bad insulation. Could hear people ********** or even blow drying their hair, or talking from the room next door super clearly. Location was really good. Room inside looks nice, but the staircase and hall way smell of toilet. There was no house keeping during the two days I've stayed.

Really close to the town, easy to find wherever you decide to go. Good service about the front desk, the staffs are very helping. Just because of down stairs is a music restaurant, their music will close around 23:30.

Great room with modern amenities and big bed. Would love to come back here and stay here only.

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.
