Excellent hotel in a strategic location close to the bus stop and the centre of Malia with restaurants and supermarket. The room is spacious, cosy and clean with a comfortable bed, balcony and kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel for a week and extended my stay for another fortnight because I liked everything so much. Many thanks to Katerina for her active help and quick response to all my requests. Everything was perfect!

Absolutely loved this hotel. There was daily room service and they kept the room spotlessly clean . The staff was kind and very friendly, with impeccable service . Will definitely visit again.Highly recommended !

Horrible staff members. Cleaners do not clean properly the room was dirty as we arrived. Dirt Stains in the microwaves kettles and cups and out toilet was broken!! It was being ripped out of the floor the whole time. Unfortunately the hotel charged us 90 euro for getting some makeup on some of their towels! never have I known a hotel to charge for getting towels dirty considering the fact the makeup was easy to take off as we took it to a dry cleaners and paid 20 euros and they took any makeup off with one wash!!! Not only did they charge us a ridiculous amount they also threatened us with the police saying if we didn’t pay they would call the police and kick us out all of over some makeup on a towel!!

Do not stay here unless you want your money stolen. We confronted the woman at reception only to be told that it must’ve been one of our friends who didn’t have their money stolen. They purposely don’t steal from one person so they can frame them. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t stay here.

AWFUL HOTEL Recently stayed with a group, had a very large amount of money stolen from the safe. Cleaner made petty trips to our room, e.g to drop 2 towels off yet there was 4 of us in a room and made no effort of cleaning. On this occasion we came back from the beach and found over €300 euros missing. Hotel explained we must have been stealing off each other & the cleaner has been there 20 years so it couldn’t have been them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I work in the hospitality industry and I really hate posting negative reviews. However… Dire. Genuinely dire. Money stolen (260 euros), staff only ones who entered room (as per CCTV. Air con (charged at 60 euros a week) didn’t work. Staff are, almost comically, rude and unhelpful. Chap at the bar was the exception. Place is shoddy, tired and (to fall within TA guidelines) I’d suggest cleaning your own room and carefully hiding your cash very carefully. Should be shut down.

From the moment of arriving I was greeted with a smile, lovely pool and bar area and friendly helpful staff. Great location to reach anywhere in malia. Had a great laugh with the staff whilst consuming their wide selection of drinks. No problems at all. Thanks to you all. Paul

stayed here for 1 week 6th june well what can i say room was clean and bright staff where brillant reception gives you a warm and friendly smile katarina manos julie the cleaner alway polite smiling and friendly very quite place to stay and help bar just across the best fish bowls you will ever get in malia i would highly recomend staying herei will be staying here again very soon
