The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

Impeccable hospitality. Every member of the staff was super kind, professional and helpful. And every amenity was available and accessible. Even struck up a mini-friendship with the bellboy. The gym has everything you need to pump some iron. The food is delish. The room i got was on the 9th floor. Perfect view and noise isolation. Went there for my best friend’s wedding, but will definitely visit again the next time i’m traveling.

Услужливый персонал, который по абсолютно адекватной цене забронировал для нас все сафари. Расположение в пяти минутах ходьбы от центрального входа. Из минусов отмечу только рестораны. Оба. Дорого и не очень вкусно, завтраки скудные. При том заказанная в номер еда была вкусная и дешевле, чем в ресторане, рекомендую пользоваться этой опцией на ужин

Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all
