2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.

Everything about the place is excellent. I fully enjoyed my stay. The place is clean and quiet. The reception from owners was out of this world considering that I checked in  very late.  Loved how they accommodated every request I had.

Best receptionist: Telené Security: Good Peace of mind: 100% Costs: worth it. A quiet place. Great to unwind. Self catering, gives one freedom to prepare and eat what they want. A very cozy place. I think summer with friends, family and couples would be a great experience and best decision.

호텔은 깨끗했고 직원들은 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 신선하고 모든 것이 조금 있었습니다. 불행히도 내 파트너와 나는 편의 시설 때문에 호텔을 예약했습니다. 도착하자마자 우리는 호텔이 약간의 보수 공사를 하고 있다는 소식을 듣기 때문에 우리가 호텔을 예약한 편의 시설을 사용할 수 없었습니다. 나는 우리가 불행하기 때문에 최소한 업그레이드를 제안했지만 그런 일은 일어나지 않았습니다. 그래서 나는 호텔이 매우 불행했습니다. 적어도 중간에 만날 수 없었습니다. 그들은 단지 내가 예약 한 사이트가 보수 공사를 알리지 않은 것에 대해 전적으로 책임을 질 필요가 있다고 말했습니다.

이 작은 아파트에는 시설이 완비된 주방이 있으며 호스트는 아파트 주변을 보여주고 Clarens에서 해야 할 일을 알려주기에 충분히 친절합니다. 우리가 이 아름다운 마을을 다시 방문한다면 확실히 다시 여기에 올 것입니다.

Comfortable, quiet, and welcoming! The room was clean and cozy, the garden peaceful, and the staff very friendly. Safe parking and a great location made it a perfect stopover. Highly recommended!

Book this place for family travelling via Bloemfontein. As always the place was clean. Service is good and location is great. Far better than staying in the 2 “big” hotels within Bloemfontein.

來之前看到了很好的評論，所以我非常堅定地就選擇住在了這個地方。來了之後發現這是非常正確的決定，在來這裏遊玩的第一天，回來的路上因為出租車公司中介的原因，我遇到了一個非常不禮貌的男人。然後我將這件不開心的事情告訴了房東奶奶，她特別耐心的安慰我然後幫我恢復情緒，還給我泡茶喝做了美味的三明治給我吃。中間我們就一直在聊天，她也一直寬慰我讓我感到非常的暖心。爺爺非常的好，從一開始給我推薦shuttle car，再到每天早晨準時並且很美味的早飯以及我回家以後關心我一天過得怎麼樣，真的很像自己的家人一樣，我也會很樂意去跟他們分享我一天都過得好不好。不僅是這樣的擁有人文關懷的一個guest House，本身的設施和配置也是非常的好。我之後如果還會回到南非還會回到布隆方丹我一定會回來再看看你們非常感謝你們這段時間的幫助以及關心和支持。 Before coming here, I saw very good reviews, so I chose to live here firmly. After coming here, I found out that this was a very correct decision. On the first day of visiting here, due to a very impolite man, I was sad on the way back. Then I told Lettie about this unhappy thing. She comforted me very patiently, helped me recover my mood, and made tea for me to drink and delicious sandwiches for me to eat. We were chatting at that time and she kept comforting me, which made me feel very warm. Her husband is also nice. From recommending the shuttle car to me at the very beginning, to making the punctual and delicious breakfast every morning and caring about how my day was after I got home. I am also very willing to share with them whether my day was good or not. Not only is it such a guest House with humanistic care, but its own facilities and configuration are also very good. If I return to South Africa and to Bloemfontein in the future, I will definitely come back to see you again. Thank you very much for your help, care and support during this period.
