미국 네바다 소재 4성급 호텔

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

호텔이 좀 오래된 편이고, 문을 열고 들어가니 냄새가 좀 났어요. 위생 상태는 괜찮았습니다. 세면대에 금이 가 있었고, 샤워기 수압은 좋았어요. 26층 방을 받았는데, 스피어 뷰는 없었습니다. 전기 포트를 요청했더니 무료로 제공해 주었어요. 나중에 묵었던 폰테인블루는 23달러를 받았는데 말이죠.😅 숙박 주차는 20달러였고, 체크아웃 후에도 자정까지 주차할 수 있었습니다. 벨라지오까지 무료 트램을 타려면 좀 걸어야 해요. M&M, 코카콜라, 허쉬, 자유의 여신상 등과는 비교적 가깝지만, 윈이나 시저스 팔라스까지는 좀 멀었습니다. 윈에 가실 거면 차를 가져가시는 걸 추천해요. 3시간 무료 주차가 가능합니다. 아래층에 이탈리아 음식 거리가 있는데, 가장 끝에 있는 레스토랑은 추천하지 않아요. 맛도 그저 그렇고, 비싼데다 팁까지 내야 합니다. 사진에 있는 두 접시가 총 73달러였어요.😓 직접 음식을 가져다 먹고 자리를 찾아 앉는 공용 공간의 음식들은 가격도 합리적이고 맛도 좋았습니다. 보통 15달러 미만으로 배불리 먹을 수 있었어요.

정말 훌륭한 호텔인 서커스 서커스에 다시 묵을 것이고 가족 모두에게 추천할 것입니다. 업그레이드가 필요할 경우 편의 시설이 훌륭하고 프런트 데스크에서 문제없이 업그레이드할 수 있으며 예약이 매우 간편했습니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 물이 매우 따뜻하고 침대는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 시트는 확실히 깨끗하고 교체되었습니다. 우리는 Carson City Inn에 묵었는데, $150에 공포 영화 😩🤢를 보는 것 같았습니다. 👎🏼 ”별로”라고 할 수 없습니다. 다른 세상에서 온 것 같았습니다. 벽은 매우 더럽고 욕실은 모든 것이 너무 더러워서 Carson City에서는 다시는 묵지 않을 것입니다! 하지만 우리는 리노의 서커스 서커스에 왔고 정말 즐거웠습니다. 아케이드와 어린이 구역 레스토랑은 플러스이고 전체적인 경험은 A+였습니다. 방을 얻는 것에 비해 가격은 절대적으로 합리적이었고 정말 멋졌습니다!! 감사합니다, 서커스 서커스 리노 🫶🏼

골든 너겟 라플린은 정말 멋진 숙박이었습니다! 라플린의 다른 호텔들보다 작은 ****** 호텔이었지만, 덕분에 더 편리하게 묵을 수 있었습니다!

We returned to our room after being in the ****** at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and  a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

위치가 좋고 가성비도 훌륭해서 많은 고객들이 이곳에 묵는 것 같아요. 정말 좋은 경험이었어요. 서비스도 친절하고 세심했습니다. 다음에 또 오게 된다면 이곳을 다시 선택할 거예요. 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다.

호텔은 웅장하고 프론트 직원은 정중하고 열정적입니다. 원래는 돈을 더 내고 방을 업그레이드하고 싶었는데 직원이 무료로 업그레이드해줘서 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다!

올해 내가 젤 잘한 일이 여기를 가족 숙소로 잡은 것 아닐까 싶음. 저렴한건 아니지만 라스베가스 고급 호텔대비 합리적 가격에 최고의 가족 호텔.(가성비가 아니라 진짜 좋네요) 세탁기 하나로도 최고인데, 주방이 충격적일 정도로 좋음. 식탁이 너무 좋았네요. 거실에 소파베드 펼치고 애들이 노는 것과 스피어가 다보이진 않았지만 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬었습니다.

우리는 Harrahs에서의 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 신입 직원을 훈련시키면서 체크인이 조금 더 길었습니다.

장소는 약간 시끄러웠다.  또한 Trip.com 앱 *분명히 * 도착 시 추가 요금이 없다고 명시했습니다. BS. $45 리조트 요금이 있으며 지불하는 데 어려움을 겪습니다. 나는 지옥을 올렸고 Trip.com에 의해 $ 45를 환불 받았습니다.
