This condo is open concept, and has 555 sq. ft., and an additional 400 sq ft. veranda. The unit has a queen bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, 44" smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning. We offer a roof top palapa/lounge area. We also water access just 100 yards for swimming and snorkeling.The spaceCoconut Palm Unit #1 is located on the 1st level and the rooftop with palapa and lounge area is on the 3rd level.Guest accessGuests have access to Coconut Palm condo with private 400 sq ft. veranda area. The guest also has access to the rooftop lounge area with palapa.
