We were in town for a weekend baseball tournament and chose Holiday Inn Express because of its central location. It is close to shopping and restaurants. It was very clean with great amenities and competitive pricing. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility

This Holiday Inn is great! It’s very clean and lit up very well all around the property. We stayed in a king suite and it was very clean. The pillows were so soft and the bed very comfortable. We got to breakfast a little late but the attendant there was so nice to my kids and I. She helped us prepare our breakfast and didn’t rush us at all. We pass through the area a lot and I will be sure to stop here the next time we need to find a place to rest.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and I'm glad I did. After a long day of traveling, it was just what I needed. They offer snacks/dinner in the lobby a few days out of the week and this was PERFECT for me after getting off of the road. All of the front desk staff were amazing, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was spacious and quiet. The kitchen came with everything you need to prepare meals in your suite. If you don't prefer to cook, restaurants and convenience stores are a 5 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk down the road.

리리뷰어Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

리리뷰어백악관 호텔의 부지와 외관은 훌륭합니다. 그러나이 호텔의 다른 특징은 원하는 것을 남깁니다. 첫째, 멋진 바다가 보이는 수영장 옆에서 긴장을 풀 수 있는 곳을 찾고 있다면 운이 좋지만 불행히도 수영장은 가열되지 않습니다. 식당은 ”건설” 또는 ”리모델링”으로 인해 사용할 수 없었기 때문에 주문한 음식 (좋은 음식)은 룸 서비스 또는 바에서 먹어야했습니다. 나는 킹 사이즈 침대가있는 표준 방에 머물 렀지 만 매우 편안하지 않았습니다. 욕실의 화장대 조명이 반쯤 켜져 있어 면도가 어려웠습니다. 방의 TV는 낡았고 뒷 조명은 꺼진 것 같았습니다. 의류용 작은 서랍 3개 옷장이 있었는데 그 외에는 정말 물건을 놓을 수 있는 탁자 외에는 아무것도 없었습니다(그러나 커피 메이커를 위한 아주 작은 비스트로 테이블이 있었습니다. 그리고 가장 실망스러운 부분은 AC 장치가 방을 매우 춥거나 매우 따뜻하게 만들었습니다. 얇은 덮개와 양극성 HVAC가있는 불편한 침대는 좋은 휴식을 취하는 것을 불가능하게 만들었습니다. 같은 가격 이하로, 나는 더 나은 편의 시설과 더 편안한 객실을 갖춘 카지노 중 하나에 머물 수있었습니다.

리리뷰어Overall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

리리뷰어Front desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.

우리가받은 첫 번째 방은 숙녀 벌레로 덮여 있었고 죽은 벌레 냄새가 났으며 방 구석에 둥지가 있었고 방 전체에 많은 죽은 벌레가있었습니다.
프론트 데스크의 친절한 여성이 우리에게 다른 방을 주었지만 새 방은 매우 깨끗하지 않았고 샤워 시설과 욕실 전체에 머리카락이 많이있었습니다.
12시간 동안 길을 떠난 후 우리는 손실을 줄이고 잠이 들었다.
나는 많은 힐튼에 머물렀고 이것은 솔직히 내가 지금까지 본 것 중 가장 더러운 것이었습니다. 정말 실망했다.

리리뷰어호텔은 잭슨 북부의 멋진 지역인 Fondren에 멋지게 위치해 있습니다. 우리 샴푸 디스펜서가 비어 있었지만 스위트는 멋지게 임명되었습니다. 체육관은 환상적입니다. 직원들은 사랑스러웠습니다. 아침 식사는 무료이지만 적절했습니다.

리리뷰어전반적인 위치는 최고였습니다. 일단 거기에 도착하면 운전할 필요가 없었습니다. 유일한 단점은 방이 습한 느낌이 들었다는 것입니다. 이 장소에 제습기를 잡는 것이 좋습니다. 또한 물이 매우 천천히 배수되었습니다. 긍정적 인 메모에서 방은 깨끗했고 직원들은 환영했습니다.

리리뷰어호텔은 깨끗했고 음식은 좋았습니다. 그러나 우리는 가족 결혼식을 위해 시간에 도착하기 위해 3 1/2 시간을 운전했습니다. 방은 4시에 준비되어 있어야했고 5시 35 분까지 준비되지 않았습니다. 이것은 우리에게 결혼식을 준비 할 충분한 시간을 허용하지 않았습니다. 결혼식에 너무 늦게 도착하는 것은 매우 부끄러웠습니다. 직원들은 부대적인 수수료를 흔들 것이라고 말했지만 우리에게는 아무런 차이가 없었습니다. 힐튼 호텔이 될 것이라고 생각했기 때문에 매우 실망했습니다.
