The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot. Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something. Overall good stay :)

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

Overall, everything went pretty good. Would love to have had a microwave in the room. Refrigerator was not cold enough.

Very vibrant hotel! Much lobby, Coppin bar area, activities with weddings and proms. Our room was spacious, well appointed with contemporary updates which added to comfortable living. Highly recommend for any visit to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Convenient parking, easy access to hotel. Will make this our “go to” when visiting family and friends in the area.

우리의 일반적인 장소는 아니지만 우리는 이곳이 제공하는 역사를 경험하고 싶었습니다. 호텔 주변의 모든 정보와 모든 곳이 얼마나 넓은지 좋아했습니다. 침대는 작은쪽에 조금 있었지만 (우리는 2 개의 퀸을 가지고 있었지만) 객실 편의 시설은 괜찮 았습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 뜨거운 갈색은 시도해 볼 가치가 있습니다! !

호텔은 매우 좋았고 정말 깨끗했습니다! 우리는 데프가 돌아올 것입니다!

비교적 새로운 호텔 / 카지노입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 새롭습니다. 침대는 꽤 편안합니다. 시내까지 차로 10-15 분 거리입니다. 그래서 매우 편리합니다. 다시 여기에있을 것이다
