리리뷰어Our group had two bookings made through Trip. The hotel receptionist accepted this but only had rooms for one of the bookings. This took a few minutes to resolve with no apology.
The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom sink had no water from the hot tap.
Acceptable hotel but not good value.

리리뷰어The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.The pastries were so fresh and tasty and the breakfast staff were so friendly and obliging. The beds and pillows were heavenly and the room was very clean.we had an executive twin room which was a bit dissapointing .There is too much furniture in the room and that blue couch is horrendous and didn't match anything.However I would stay there again.

JJayne LynnThe Clayton was conveniently located so we could easily walk into the city center. The parking ramp was very near and, of course, the parking was included. The beds were comfortable and we had a room with 2 singles and a double. It was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the river in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night. The food was fine and the servers were friendly.

리리뷰어Great hotel for a group of friends, had triple & twin room, very spacious. Lunch in the bar was very nice. The only negative is the stairwell to bedrooms very poorly signposted, and the lift can be slow

리리뷰어Fantastic hotel with so many amazing touches. I loved the staff, the location, and the decor. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with a hotel package. The service was second to none. When we arrived, they had a vintage radio playing in the room. What a cozy touch! The room was comfortable and fantastic. So happy with our stay.
