리아드 벨리코스의 수영장과 스파가 정말 아름다워서 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 모로코 마라케시를 방문할 계획이 있는 모든 분들께 이 리아드에 머무는 것을 강력히 추천합니다. 헤바, 마르와, 마흐모드 그리고 이곳을 관리하는 분을 포함한 모든 직원들이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 손님들에게 매우 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 그들은 손님들을 존중하고 품위 있게, 그리고 세심하게 돌봐주었습니다. 객실과 시설의 청결 상태가 잘 유지되어 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 음식도 훌륭했고, 한여름 성수기에도 에어컨이 잘 작동하는 객실 덕분에 시원하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 수영장은 시원해서 물놀이하기 좋았고, 라운지는 편안하게 쉬면서 축구를 시청하기에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 😊 이곳은 리아드의 중심부에 위치해 있어서 모든 것이 가까이에 있었습니다. ❤️

우리는 거기에 문제가 없었습니다. 일반적으로 리셉션에 아무도 없어도 서비스는 좋으므로 정문과 방의 열쇠를 제공합니다. 제안으로 ”Riad Nouhal”이라는 표지판이 필요하지만 어쨌든 Google 지도의 위치를 따르면 들어갈 것입니다.

총평: 가격 대비 적당한 곳입니다. 1. 위치: 공항버스에서 내리면 도보 15분, 캐리어 끌고 가기 쉽진 않습니다. 별다른 간판이 없고 폐쇄형 도어라서 아주 조금 찾기 어려웠지만, 5번 현지인의 안내로 [5]번이란걸 알고 바로 찾았어요. 나오면 바로 시장 골목과 연결돼서 시간보내기 좋았습니다. 2. 객실상태: 호텔이 아니라 전통가옥 숙소인걸 감안하셔야 해요. 곳곳에 오래된 흔적이 있지만 하루 저녁 지낼만은 했습니다. 3. 기타 객실 잠금장치가 너무 뻑뻑해서 고생 좀 했는데, 여러번 시도하니 잠기긴 했어요. 프런트에 직원이 상주하지 않습니다. 도착시 현관 초인종을 눌러야합니다. 수건 걸이에 곰팡이 자국이 있어서 제공해 준 수건을 사용하지 않고 가져간 수건 사용했어요.

Sinon très bon emplacement quartier très clame avec toutes les commodités. Équipe fort sympathique et toujours disponible à la riad .

위치는 견딜 수 있고 서비스는 좋으며 관리자 만 비싼 투어를 강요하려고 시도했으며 예약시 직접 예약하고 귀를 기울이지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 욕조에 옷걸이를 넣을 고리가 충분하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 훌륭합니다

It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

리아드는 깨끗하고 괜찮았지만, 그게 전부입니다. 방은 너무 작고 엄청 더웠는데, 에어컨은 그 작은 공간을 감당할 수조차 없었고, 욕실/화장실 문은 불편하고 장식용에 불과했습니다. 모든 침구는 끔찍한 보풀로 뒤덮여 있었는데, 보기 흉한 정도가 아니라 마치 강판 위에서 자는 것처럼 불쾌하고 불편했습니다. 매트리스는 딱딱했고요. 아침 식사는 정말 형편없었습니다. 미니 플랫브레드, 팬케이크, 작은 쿠키 하나, 잔 바닥에 흘린 주스 한 모금, 200ml짜리 찻주전자(2인용)가 전부였고, 그저 ”즐기세요!”라고만 적혀 있었습니다. 뭘 즐기라는 겁니까? 계란 하나라도 줄 수는 없는 겁니까? 호텔에서 아침을 먹는 건 쿠키를 앞에 두고 사진이나 찍으려고 가는 게 아니라, 한 시간 후에 괜찮은 식당을 찾아 시내를 돌아다니는 수고를 덜기 위해서였습니다. 그런데 도착하자마자 마사지를 해 주더군요. (하맘, 마사지) 서비스를 받으려고 했는데, 방에 들어가지도 못하게 하고 자리에 앉히더니 ”원하는 걸 고르세요”라고 하더군요.
