I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissotel Makkah, and overall, it was a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and the staff was warm and welcoming. However, due to the standard 4 PM check-in time, there were long queues at the reception. To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. If you’re an Accor member, the experience is even more seamless and rewarding. Ambiance & Cleanliness: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. The ambiance is elegant and tranquil, offering a relaxing contrast to the bustling surroundings outside. Guestroom Experience: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking Kaaba view, which added a deeply spiritual and unique element to the stay. The bed linens were soft and luxurious, ensuring restful sleep. The air conditioning was perfectly calibrated, providing a refreshing escape from the intense heat outside. It made re-entering the room after a long day feel rejuvenating. The room also came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: coffee and tea facilities, quality toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. Hotel Accessibility: A significant advantage of Swissotel Makkah is its location in the Abraj Clock Tower. Unlike many other hotels in the same complex, the lobby is on the ground floor, which means guests can access the rooms directly without switching elevators — a huge plus in terms of convenience. Service & Flexibility: The staff went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out while we waited for our continued stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated the experience and showed their commitment to guest comfort. Final Thoughts: Swissotel Makkah combines comfort, excellent service, and unmatched convenience, particularly for pilgrims and visitors seeking proximity to the Haram. Whether it’s the luxurious bed, the iconic view, or the little details that enhance your stay, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Excellent hotel, location very near to HARAM, friendly and helpful staff, great for visiting Maccall and performing Omrah, near gate 73 and wheel chair bridge. Down the hotel, there is hyper market, and there is a mall with food court on the fourth floor with lots of varieties.

We checked in on 17 June 2025 for 3D2N. We requested for Haram View and our request was accepted and treated very well. Our request was accepted and upgraded. The counter and housekeeping staff were very friendly and committed. TQ Marriott. We are excited to stay here again if we get the chance to go to the Holy Mosque

We stay at le meridien makkah in 5-8 Apr '26. We would like to recommend this hotel so much, will be back here. What is the best thing from this hotel : 1. Location : Near gate 2 to do Umrah 2. Helpfull staff : the receptionist, sorry we forget his name really helpfull and kind when checkin. 3. Room : room is best! Spacious, clean, neat, well maintaned 4. They have electric for Asian People like us 5. The bed is so fluffy and best bed ever 6. Bathroom : shower gel, shampoo, all of amenities is here with good qualities Surely will comeback here! Muhammad Alatas really kind helpfull officer in the reception desk. He made guest valuable. We do really appreciate for his effort to make our stay wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, partial view of masjidil haram. The cleaning service comes everyday to suck the dust in carpet. The breaksfast, lunch & dinner were superb. Really recommended hotel tto stay. We'd like to come back In sha Allah

Terrible customer service. Being Hilton Honors Gold member I found the customer service at reception to be extremely rude and uncomfortable. They act like hotel owners with extreme pride and arrogance. Blamed us for not paying for our room service when we definitely did . We paid over 15000 SAR to stay here and they blamed us for 100 Riyal room service. Won't let us check out because of that. Worst service ever.

Staying here during ramadhan was a perfect place MaasyaaAllah. Private lift from jabal omar mall and directly to our room. Female prayer room is next to the restaurant. We prayed magrib at hotel prayer room, and break the iftar in the resto next to prayer room. Because the location and its fast services.. we still able to catch Isya prayer inside masjidil haram. The hotel location is nearby haram main gate and also good access of we want to haram new extension.

One of the closest hotel to masjidil haram. But have separate lift access. So you have to change lift at p10 level.. then change to main mall lift.. Breakfast is superb with egg station and pastries desk

체크인시 친절한 호텔 컨시어지 여성으로부터 무료 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 우리는이 업그레이드에 매우 놀랐고 만족했습니다. 도시 전망에서 부분적인 하람 전망에 이르기까지 놀라운 마샤 알라였습니다! 방이 너무 컸어요! 무솔라가 더 클 줄 알았는데 예상치 못한 크기에도 불구하고 화려했다. 나는 레스토랑 뷔페의 설정을 좋아하므로 아침 식사 중에 아늑하고 가정적인 느낌이 들지만 우리가 전에 머물렀던 다른 jabal omar 호텔과 같은 더 다양한 음식이 있기를 바랍니다. 그들의 지속가능성 노력으로 인해 음식 폐기물 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 현명한 위치에 관해서는 하람까지 걸어가는 것이 쉬웠지만 umrah가 완성된 후 언덕을 올라가서 다시 돌아가는 것은 꽤 고통스러웠습니다. 호텔에서 체크인하는 동안 셔틀 버스 액세스에 대한 철저한 비디오 설명을 제공한다면 감사하겠습니다. 그러나 그 외에는 셔틀 버스 서비스를 알아낼 수 있었고 실제로 매우 빠릅니다. 우리는 늦은 밤 비행을 할 때 성원에서 기도를 최대화 할 수 있도록 요청한대로 늦은 체크 아웃을 받았습니다. Uber 택시는 Careem을 제외하고 호텔에서 픽업하지 않습니다. 주소 호텔 자체 내에 쇼핑몰을 열어 식사로 점심과 저녁 식사를 쉽게 찾을 수 있기를 바랍니다. 우리는 첫날 밤 룸 서비스를 통해 저녁 식사를 주문했고 음식이 한 시간 후에 왔음에도 불구하고 부분 크기와 맛은 너무 맛있고 맛있었습니다! 뷔페 레스토랑에서 식사를 지불하는 것보다 룸 서비스에 더 많은 비용을 지불할 가치가 있습니다!
