There was Gas smell in the lift. I complained but the guys said that that was a freshner. 24 hour smelly lifts.

내부에서 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 방은 전혀 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다른 방에서 연기 냄새가 나서 조금 짜증났습니다. 또한 사이드 램프가 없었기 때문에 방에 매우 강력한 조명이 있거나 조명이 전혀 없었습니다. Masjid Al Nabawi까지 도보로 15분 거리에 있었지만 지역 자체는 그다지 좋지 않았고 호텔의 정문을 열면 호텔이라는 것을 깨닫게 됩니다. 2박 숙박에 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.

위치가 특히 좋고, 다양한 명소로 운전하는 것이 편리합니다. 옆에 작은 공원이있어 운동 할 수 있습니다. 객실은 훌륭합니다. 업그레이드 된 스위트는 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크도 매우 환영하며 의사 소통은 매우 원활합니다.

Hotel is not that much expensive but little bit far from Mesjidi nabawai.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Masjid an Nabawi. A shuttle bus is provided for every prayer, which is very useful when it works. Unfortunately, it was unreliable most of the time, with drivers not punctual, sometimes arriving at the last minute, forcing us to rush and nearly miss prayers. On several occasions, they seemed to wait for certain guests (likely those who tipped), causing inconvenience to others. This also made us nearly miss some scheduled plans. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive, special thanks to Saddam, who was very polite and regularly checked in to ensure everything was fine. There was also no hot water, which was inconvenient. Overall: Clean rooms and good service, but shuttle reliability and hot water need improvement.
