사우디아라비아 메디나 소재 2성급 호텔

엘리베이터에서 가스 냄새가 났습니다. 나는 불평했지만 사람들은 그것이 신선한 사람이라고 말했습니다. 24시간 냄새나는 리프트.

i stayed 5 nights nd its realy very good staff reception nd house keeping. all vry friendly. ifthar nd sahoor great masha allah.. we realy enjoyed the days we stayed. i suppose to check out 12 but they gav me time till 1.30pm. thts realy helped me to get ready nd specialy with family. defintly i will come back to this hotel again nd again…its vry close to haram nd specialy for ladies. less then 2 min walk.

The hotel was disappointing. The staff was not helpful, and the cleanliness was poor—the toilet and room were not properly cleaned. The checkout time was too early; even though I checked in at 4 PM, I received a call saying I had to leave by 1 PM. Luckily, I was ready with my small hand luggage. The only good thing was the location, as it is very close to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Location as described. The hotel is good value for money and the staff were very helpful easy to communicate with them . The counter staff took care of are luggage after we checked out then we returned later that evening to collect are valuables /luggage. Bus stop was convenient and easy to flag a taxi or the staff would arrange a taxi for us. Five stars

This hotel is not satisfactory for the price. The hot water runs out quickly. However, the hotel manager's sincerity eased my anger. Coffee and bread were provided.

Good location. Parking available. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean. Some Room AC were slow and should be replaced.
