Had very smooth experience with artal taiba... Recommended for families... Shuttle bus should be available more frequently

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah with my wife and daughter during early April 2025. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was a good size and well-suited to our needs, with four beds for the three of us—very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for men, as it is very close to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi leading to the old mosque, Prophet Muhammad's (ﷺ) grave, and Rawdah. This made it very convenient for prayers and visits. However, the women’s entrance to the masjid is a bit farther away. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service specifically for women to help with this, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Service was generally good, and the staff were courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort.

Good hotel with excellent location. No complementary water bottles in the room. Lifts were too busy, check in wasn’t smooth, had to wait for a while, staff wasn’t as friendly, water wasn’t hot in the shower. Besides these, rooms were descent, location was good and overall experience was good enough.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, from housekeeping to the restaurant team – everyone was kind and helpful. The location is practical and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Overall, it was a decent stay. However, the check-in process was frustrating and unprofessional. I had booked two rooms under two different names, but the receptionist only checked for one name and refused to verify the other. This lack of basic customer service forced us to contact Trip.com customer support, and the issue took nearly an hour to resolve — all while I was waiting with my infant and my mother in a wheelchair. This was a highly disappointing experience. Most of the staff were unhelpful and lacked courtesy.

Had a good experience. Would recommend esp for the elderly ladies since the ladies door for haram is just 3 mins walk away. Overall a nice experience in this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ferdous, Shanto and Arif were first class service minded and catered to all requests. Wonderful hotel & fantastic service. If we visit Madinah again we will definitely stay here again.

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.

It’s very clean difficult to find people are not very helpful shops are very close. It’s very close to Medina mosque about 10 minutes.
