For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.

Beautiful Hotel very best to Masjid al Nabawi Best part is helpful staff and their breakfast Bad part is SAR 200 deposit, which they return only at end of your stay. Still, will come back again.

Great hotel, very close to al Haram. The breakfast was also good. The receptionist was very nice to us; really appreciate.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The housekeeping service was excellent and all the amenities were in great condition. A special mention goes to the shuttle bus service, which was punctual, convenient and very well organized. The drivers were friendly and professional, making transportation smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, excellent service and reliable shuttle transportation made my experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
