fantastic staff
i would like to mention that Prerna and Biju were excellent. they are really helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Neel from the restaurant was also very good.

Service is exceptional, the breakfast is one of a kind, location maybe bit far off the centre but it depends where you plan to go. Definitely will come back when I travel to Delhi.

We stayed at Hilton for two nights with our kids and we all absolutely loved it. It was clean and staff was warm. We definitely recommend Hilton to all those who wants to stay in a clean place.

The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use.
The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

It was indeed a nice hotel to stay with good proximity to the airport but if I can ask one improvement point, I hope its swimming pool to be avaialble from earlier than 7AM.

최고의 수면을 취하지 못했습니다. 결혼식이 진행 중이었고 행사는 밖에서 진행되었고, 오전 2시가 지나서까지 시끄러운 음악이 계속되었습니다. 이는 호텔에 머무는 다른 투숙객, 특히 출장객에게 공평하지 않습니다. 객실 식사도 두 번 전화했는데, 한 번은 음식이 도착한 지 30분 이내에 접시를 치워야 하는지 확인하기 위해 전화했는데, 저는 음식을 다 먹지도 못했습니다. 그런 다음 접시를 치우라고 전화한 후, 음식을 확인하라는 전화를 받았지만 그때는 제가 잠들어 있었기 때문에 깨어났습니다.

리리뷰어I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar.
The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes.
What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

The reception team was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a comfortable and luxurious experience. The room was well-appointed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Food and breakfast were excellent, with a great variety and quality. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

CCherrylamba14Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.
