호텔은 해변에 바로 있습니다. 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 먹기도 좋았고 더 ”신선한 컷”을 제공할 수 있습니다. 가격 성능이 매우 좋습니다.

매우 넓은 방. 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 편안한 매트리스. TV 2대. 음향 차단이 좋지 않습니다.

是克羅地亞之行最喜歡的酒店 havr本來人也不多。這個度假村又遠離主城區，非常非常安靜。是真的是個獨家休閑的。有全世界最頂級的跑步機的健身房，平時很難體驗到純木製機械的跑步機的感受。 酒店的spa也很不錯，也是他們特色，有聲音療法，馬殺雞的手法有很多是專業的康復理療的，雖然是女生按，但酸爽程度真的嗷嗷叫。 酒店早餐也不錯，可以自己點，也有自助。 酒店侘寂風格，設計很前衞，米色窗簾打底，條紋窗紗做為主要呈現。真的超越國內的室內設計幾個level了。

Excellent hotel, even worth a detour to stay. Beautiful location. 5 stars service. Buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded expectation. Beds are comfortable and clean. Changing the curtain gives this hotel 10/10.

For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay.
