스페인 카탈루냐 소재 5성급 호텔

방이 넓고 환했으며, 아주 세련되고 깔끔했습니다. 시설: 매우 새것 같았고, 개업한 지 얼마 안 된 것 같았어요. 호텔에는 칫솔, 슬리퍼, 전기포트가 모두 구비되어 있었고, 어메니티도 모두 바이레도 제품이라 품격이 느껴졌습니다. 위생: 지금까지 묵었던 유럽 호텔 중 최고 수준이었습니다. 환경: 고급스럽고 웅장했습니다. 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 관광지까지 모두 걸어갈 수 있었고, 우버(Uber)를 이용하기도 매우 편리했습니다. 스페인 광장에서도 매우 가까웠고, 바로 옆에 있는 타파스 거리에도 맛집이 많았습니다. 서비스: 정말 정말 세심했어요. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 배려심 깊었습니다! 짐 옮기는 것을 매우 친절하게 도와주셨고, 짐 보관도 안전하고 편리했습니다. 혼자 투숙했는데, 체크인할 때 트윈베드룸인 것을 알게 되자 프런트에서 바로 싱글룸으로 변경해 주셨습니다.

이곳은 바르셀로나에서 제가 가장 좋아하는 호텔이에요! 저는 갈 때마다 꼭 묵습니다! 환경이 정말 좋습니다! 저렴한 가격! 방이 정말 컸어요! 서비스도 정말 좋았습니다! 가장 좋은 점은 호텔 아래에 있는 카페에서 음식이 맛있고 커피도 맛있다는 것입니다.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

끝내주는 대성당뷰(2백점!) 깔끔한 룸 컨디션 빠른 응대(룸서비스,하우스키핑) 친절한 직원들(데스크 포함 전 직원) 바르셀로나에 다시 온다면 무조건 다시 같은 방으로 예약할거에요 무엇보다도 마르코 등 호텔직원이 대성당 정면뷰 룸 배치해줘서 정말 고마웠습니다 중심부에 있어서 어떤 유명레스토랑이나 관광지를 가든지 걸어서 10~15분 택시타고 20분미만입니다 호텔 주변에 안경점도 있고 츄르스 맛집 xurreria도 있고 큰 마켓도 밤늦게까지해서 라면도 사고 좋아요!

지하철역과 가까워 교통이 편리하며, 사그라다 파밀리아까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 아래층 레스토랑의 조식은 화려하진 않지만 맛은 훌륭합니다. 특히 단품으로 주문한 계란 프라이가 맛있습니다. 다른 레스토랑에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 얇은 냅킨과는 달리 고급스러운 냅킨이 제공되는 점도 좋았습니다. 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 창문을 통해 거리 풍경을 감상할 수 있으며, 번잡한 도시 속에서도 조용한 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 인내심이 많습니다. 객실과 욕실 시설은 훌륭하며, 욕실은 넓습니다. 생수와 일부 음료는 무료로 제공되며, 음료 메뉴에 표시된 다른 음료는 유료입니다. 이는 많은 유럽 호텔보다 나은 점입니다. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 객실에 창문이 두 개 있는데, 하나는 암막 커튼이 쳐져 있지만 켤 수 없고, 다른 하나는 일반 커튼이 쳐져 있다는 것입니다. 자기 전에 이 사실을 알고 프런트 데스크에 전화했지만, 야간 근무자가 없어서인지 아무도 받지 않았습니다.

방은 넓었고, 바르셀로나 기차역 바로 옆에 위치해 있었습니다. 역 근처라 치안 걱정을 할 수도 있었지만, 호텔 1층에 경비원이 상주하여 안심할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 유럽 여행 시에는 항상 조심하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

La piscine était en réparation mais à part ça l’hôtel est incroyable super beau et le personnel est tout aussi incroyable tout est très propre tout était parfait. Merci ☺️

매우 좋은 호텔이고, 서비스 직원도 매우 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 주문하거나 뷔페로 제공됩니다. 1층에 있는 미슐랭 레스토랑 파코 페레즈(Paco Perez)는 꼭 가볼 만한 곳입니다. 호텔은 해변과 매우 가깝고, 근처에 편리한 식당이 많이 있습니다. 사그라다 파밀리아도 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있으며, 약 3km 떨어져 있습니다.

정말 멋지네요! 저는 아이들과 함께 3박을 위한 스위트룸을 예약했고 카사 바트요가 보이는 스위트룸으로 업그레이드했습니다. 놀라운 점은 마지막 밤에 카사 바트요의 조명 쇼를 보았다는 것입니다. 테라스에서 바로 조명 쇼를 볼 수 있었습니다. 방에서. 거리로 나가 군중 속에 끼어들지 않고도 볼 수 있어요. 정말 놀랍거든요! 방은 크고 세부 사항이 가득합니다. 매일 밤 제공되는 과일은 매우 풍부하고, 첫날 밤에는 샴페인과 케이크도 제공되었습니다! Mandarin Oriental은 아마도 바르셀로나에서 가장 좋은 호텔일 겁니다. 우리는 가우디의 세 명소를 모두 걸어서 돌아다녔고 Passeig de Gracia는 방문하기 좋은 곳이었습니다. 다음에 바르셀로나에 온다면 꼭 만다린 오리엔탈에 묵을 거예요!
