An apartment with an unbeatable location. From my doorstep, you're just a 3-minute walk from Puerto Chicu Beach. Three more minutes and you’ll find yourself at the striking rocks of Toró Beach. If you head the other way, in 5 minutes you’ll reach the Old Town in Llanes: riverwalk, local shops, and plenty of spots to try the local cuisine. And if you're up for a longer stroll, the San Pedro Walk—with its stunning views of the sea and coastline—is just 10 minutes away.The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a quiet, comfortable stay. From the windows, you can enjoy views of the Cuera mountain range and the Ermita de la Guía—a peaceful spot that helps you disconnect. It has two bedrooms: one with a 135 cm bed, and another with two 90 cm beds—ideal for a small family or a couple of friends. There’s also a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet, for added convenience. AAlzy32Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using ear-plugs but it still wasn’t ideal. I didn’t feel very safe and as a result was reluctant to report the disturbance.

JJulioLa experiencia fue maravillosa. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y la ubicación era perfecta para explorar la ciudad. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal. En la recepción, una chica fue muy atenta y profesional, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Además, Julián me recomendó algunos platos locales increíbles que no habría descubierto por mi cuenta. ¡Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que visite Gijón!

GGerman TravelerTolles Hotel, das Zimmer top modern und ruhig zum Garten hin gelegen (auf der nicht-Straßenseite). Der Pool war außer Betrieb, ist aber auch schon zu kalt zum baden (Oktober). Eine sehr gepflegte saubere Anlage. Das Frühstück bietet auch Schinken, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli und frisches Obst. Frischer Kuchen und Teilchen (nicht abgepackt).

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la plaza Mayor y a escasos metros de la playa. La habitación amplia, muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario.
Volveremos, sin duda.
