이탈리아 피에몬테 소재 4성급 호텔

Doubletree Hilton Turin은 역사적인 FIAT 생산 작업 현장에 위치해 있습니다. 객실에는 매우 높은 창문(5미터 이상)이 있고, 침대는 매우 편안하며, TV는 대부분 이탈리아산입니다. 호텔 자체는 도심 외곽에 위치해 있습니다. 하지만 지하철로 9분이면 쉽게 도달하실 수 있습니다. 지하철을 타는 데 드는 비용은 단 2유로입니다. 쇼핑 센터와 2개의 슈퍼마켓, 수많은 레스토랑이 단 1분 거리에 있습니다. 가격은 공평하며 주차장이 없는 도심 자체보다 훨씬 저렴합니다(Doubletree Hilton Turin에서는 무료). 나는 여기에 머무르는 것을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Struttura nel centro di Torino, ma molto tranquilla. Letto molto confortevole, ottimi prodotti da bagno, cucina attrezzata con dotazione di acqua, caffè e the. 욕조가 있고 산 전망이 보이는 방을 요청했지만 어느 쪽도 소원이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 접수원은 요즘 지속가능성을 이유로 호텔 예약이 꽉 찼다거나 욕조가 철거되고 있다는 등 변명을 늘어놓았지만, 나를 위해 열심히 찾아 헤매는 것 같지는 않았다. 호텔은 휴식을 취하는 곳이며, 욕조를 희생해서는 안 됩니다. 그냥 욕조와 뷰가 좋기를 바라면서 옆집 더블트리에서 이사했는데, 어차피 방과 직원이 없으면 더블트리가 더 좋기 때문에 NH로 다시 올 생각은 없습니다. 냉장고에 있는 500ml 물병 가격은 €3인 반면 Double Tree에서는 €2였습니다. 객실 장비는 Double Tree에서 훨씬 좋았습니다. NH에서는 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없습니다. 놀랐습니다. 유일한 장점은 NH가 지하철역에 더 가깝다는 것인데, 제가 그곳에 있는 동안에는 지하철이 운행되지 않았습니다. 위치적으로는 이곳으로 운전해서 오시는 분들에게 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 주차 공간은 충분합니다.

호텔은 도시 북쪽 입구, 녹지 공간과 공업 지역 사이에 위치해 있습니다. 조용하고 트램 정류장(200~300m)이 가까워 시내 중심가까지 15~20분 정도 소요됩니다. 객실은 넓고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 꽤 푸짐했습니다(15유로라는 가격을 생각하면 당연하죠). 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

스튜디오는 토리노를 둘러보기에 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 토리노 포르타 누오바 기차역에서 도보로 약 650m 거리에 있으며, 역사와 다양한 행사, 활기 넘치는 일상으로 가득한 주요 광장 중 하나인 산 카를로 광장과도 매우 가깝습니다. 저희는 공식 체크인 시간보다 이른 정오에 도착했는데, 스튜디오를 바로 안내받을 수 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 효율적이고 친절했으며, 특히 사브리나는 밝은 미소로 손님을 맞이했습니다. 스튜디오는 예상보다 넓었고, 넓은 야외 발코니도 있었습니다. 넓고 편안한 공간에서 머물고 싶은 여행객에게 이상적입니다. 다만, 스프링 매트리스만 있었다면 완벽한 숙박이 되었을 것 같습니다.

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Отель довольно уставший, видывал и лучшие времена. Утюг почему-то дают за отдельную плату, ссылаются на какой-то указ. Хотя нигде больше в Италии, в этом путешествии такого не было. Положительных факторов было три: местоположение, русскоговорящий администратор, которая нам очень помогла своими советами. Спасибо ей отдельное! И завтрак - очень, очень вкусный!
