While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

욕조가 있고 산 전망이 보이는 방을 요청했지만 어느 쪽도 소원이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 접수원은 요즘 지속가능성을 이유로 호텔 예약이 꽉 찼다거나 욕조가 철거되고 있다는 등 변명을 늘어놓았지만, 나를 위해 열심히 찾아 헤매는 것 같지는 않았다. 호텔은 휴식을 취하는 곳이며, 욕조를 희생해서는 안 됩니다. 그냥 욕조와 뷰가 좋기를 바라면서 옆집 더블트리에서 이사했는데, 어차피 방과 직원이 없으면 더블트리가 더 좋기 때문에 NH로 다시 올 생각은 없습니다. 냉장고에 있는 500ml 물병 가격은 €3인 반면 Double Tree에서는 €2였습니다. 객실 장비는 Double Tree에서 훨씬 좋았습니다. NH에서는 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없습니다. 놀랐습니다. 유일한 장점은 NH가 지하철역에 더 가깝다는 것인데, 제가 그곳에 있는 동안에는 지하철이 운행되지 않았습니다. 위치적으로는 이곳으로 운전해서 오시는 분들에게 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 주차 공간은 충분합니다.

욕실이 생각보다 넓어서 욕조가 있었으면 좋겠어요. 샤워시설은 저렴했어요. 그 외에는 4330mm의 높은 천장이 있는 방이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 이 호텔은 북쪽과 남쪽을 향한 도시 전망만 가지고 있지만 NH의 닫힌 안뜰 전망보다 즐겁고 훨씬 좋습니다. 나는 바에서 풍성한 환영 음료를 좋아했습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절하고 친절했으며 제 요청을 최대한 들어주려고 노력했습니다. 그리고 건물도 아름답고, 방도 기능적으로 너무 잘 디자인되어 있습니다. 다음에 링고토에 갈 일이 있으면 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔이 지하철 역이나 버스 정류장에서 조금 멀다는 것입니다. 특히 짐이 있는 경우에는 더욱 그렇습니다.

호수와 페리 터미널 옆에 훌륭한 위치에있는 호텔. 체크인하는 동안 리셉션은 신분증을 가져 와서 나중에 다시 오라고했는데 받아 들일 수 없습니다. 또한 수영장 추가 액세스에 대한 정보가 없으며 호텔 웹 사이트에서 찾은 후 스스로에게 물어야했습니다. 같은 건물에도 많은 바와 레스토랑이 있습니다. 맛있는 아침 식사, 내가 Stresa에서 가진 최고의 크로세인트. 단점은 또한 객실 유지 관리가 열악하고 WiFi가 느리고 AC 제어 패널이 매우 오래되었고 단순히 AC가 작동하지 않는다는 것입니다. 불편하고 건강에 해로운 침대가 매우 푹신합니다. 가격이 매력적이라면 다시 머물 것이지만 표준은 근처의 2 성급 호텔과 비슷합니다.

공항버스터미널과 300미터 거리에 있어 교통이 편리합니다. 프론트 데스크는 정중하고 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부했습니다. 방은 작지만 비싸고 깨끗합니다. 유일한 단점은 티슈 상자에 종이 두 장만 있고 샴푸 병이 비어 있다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 단점이 장점을 숨기지 않으며 토리노 출장의 첫 번째 선택입니다.

Outdated, tired with no more than 3star hotel amenities,service, and equipment in the rooms.TV didn't work properly, no restaurant in the hotel,,no kettle to make a cup of tea in a room Basic breakfast with not much choice and unpleasant girl Angela with not much of customer service skills.Would only recommended for max one stay if you stuck.The reception stuff are very nice ,went out of the way to sort the problems and make our stay bit more comfortable. My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.

The front desk service is very rude, first of all, never inform me need to check out at 11am, second, call the room at 12 and demand payment after 12, and say late check out is impossible at 1pm and just hang up the phone, when I argue with hotel front desk, the boss comes out, so she denied everything she said and pretend very innocent as she just kindly speak to me, and told me 1pm is ok, but 3pm is impossible (which I never ask 3pm), I am happy with the hotel in terms of design and also I respect the owner put so much effort into the details but I have to say the second stay (this is second time I stayed at this hotel) the front desk lady who I cannot remember the name is either roll her eyes when I request something or rudely speaking and hang up people, and make up what I didn’t say, so very negative on the choice of the stuff, I wish they can be trained better.
