이탈리아 피에몬테 소재 4성급 호텔

Doubletree Hilton Turin은 역사적인 FIAT 생산 작업 현장에 위치해 있습니다. 객실에는 매우 높은 창문(5미터 이상)이 있고, 침대는 매우 편안하며, TV는 대부분 이탈리아산입니다. 호텔 자체는 도심 외곽에 위치해 있습니다. 하지만 지하철로 9분이면 쉽게 도달하실 수 있습니다. 지하철을 타는 데 드는 비용은 단 2유로입니다. 쇼핑 센터와 2개의 슈퍼마켓, 수많은 레스토랑이 단 1분 거리에 있습니다. 가격은 공평하며 주차장이 없는 도심 자체보다 훨씬 저렴합니다(Doubletree Hilton Turin에서는 무료). 나는 여기에 머무르는 것을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

So i was worried about my 6am flight. In Aus you need to be there 3 hours before for international so I thought id stay close as I wasnt sure how id get to the airport because there was no real public transport that early. My initial thought was that if im close I can walk. Maps say its walking distance. It is not. Luckily the staff ordered a cab for me the night before and me and another guest too thebsame cab but it was more of a shuttle that cost 15€ It a very isolated hotel, almost feels like an old ******* hotel type vibe. No vending machines or anything like that but I could buy a small coke zero from the restaurant connected ehichbwas super expensive. They actually have a decent gym, but its on a floor with rooms so you need to stay quiet but its also crazy hot. I was melting up there. Room was okay, very bare but there was a fridge which was nice. Look it did the job, could've been cheaper but I had no choice really It was okay and served its purpose Sorry for the bad photos, they are screenshots from videos

Struttura nel centro di Torino, ma molto tranquilla. Letto molto confortevole, ottimi prodotti da bagno, cucina attrezzata con dotazione di acqua, caffè e the. Fermata dei mezzi pubblici molto vicina e parcheggio a pagamento (decisamente caro però), proprio di fronte alla struttura. Esperienza molto positiva complessivamente

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio. Presente un televisore a schermo piatto. Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita. Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo. L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

이 아파트는 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 시내 산책로와 쇼핑가까지 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 포르타 누오바 기차역도 가까워서 편리합니다. M4 트램 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 더욱 편리해요. 토리노의 대중교통이 워낙 잘 되어 있어서 택시를 탈 필요가 전혀 없습니다. 저는 우버를 한 번 탔는데 20분밖에 안 걸렸어요 😄. 구글 리뷰를 보니 근처에 중국, 일본, 이탈리아 음식점들이 다 괜찮은 것 같아요. 아파트는 깨끗하고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었는데, 세탁기가 있어서 정말 좋았고 세탁 세제도 조금 제공해 주셨어요. 매트리스도 엄청 푹신했고요. 주방은 있지만 양념류는 구비되어 있지 않습니다. 1층에는 공용 작업 공간이 있는데, 커피를 마실 수 있지만 에스프레소만 소/대 사이즈로 제공됩니다.

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

매우 좋은 위치, 포르타 수사 기차역 옆, 여행하기 편리함, 근처에 버스 정류장과 지하철역이 있음. 직원들은 친절하고 영어를 잘 구사합니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았습니다. 하지만 방 크기는 1인이 머물기에 충분히 넓습니다. 냉장고, 주전자, 식수, 차와 커피가 무료로 제공됩니다. TV 화면은 약간 작으며 이탈리아어를 구사하는 채널만 제공됩니다. 방에는 많은 버튼이 있지만 그 중 무엇을 해야할지 알려주는 버튼은 없습니다. 방에 콘센트가 하나밖에 없어서 불편해요. 예약 시 가격은 비싸지 않습니다. 소시지, 베이컨, 계란, 빵, 과일이 포함된 조식 뷔페를 포함해 약 2,000바트 정도입니다. 매우 괜찮습니다.
