호텔 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 시차 때문에 날짜를 잘못 잡았고 호텔에 상황을 설명했으며 신속하고 매우 인도적으로 해결되었습니다! 호텔 침대는 매우 편안하고 다음에 다시 갈 것입니다!

This motel is owned by Mahi, who is also the manager. He was very attentive to our needs & requests, besides being friendly & kind. It took a bit to settle in because of various factors - one of the beds was missing pillow cases, someone left Chinese food in the refrigerator, we needed hangers for our clothes. Mahi met all these requests quickly & completely. He also offered us free soft drinks. I had read in several reviews that cleanliness wasn't the best here. I didn't notice anything outstanding but still had Clorox wipes that I brought with me so I could sanitize all the surfaces. That's actually not a bad thing to do no matter where you are staying. Also, it's only been a year since Mahi purchased this hotel & he mentioned how hard it is to find full time people for his cleaning staff but he is working on this. One last thing - complimentary coffee and juices were available.

I found it to be perfect for my trip. I was up there for the mountains and the location put me within 30 to 40 minutes or miles to the wilderness green mountains but still allowed for me to enjoy my basic habits like coffee (Starbucks and dunkin close by) and places to eat(plenty of restaurants and pubs near by). It is a bit strange not having an office to go to when questions or problems arise, but the manager Mike was fantastic and picked up the phone when I called to ask the one question I had (laundry room- it was free to use and although I brought my own detergent, I did see other customers use the detergent that was provided). All in all, very good place and i would stay again without any reservations!

Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking. Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided). Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room. Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower.

Not my first time staying here nor will it be my last. The rooms are simple but just what I'm looking for when in the area. They have a sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. The property is up against a creek and they have a couple places with fire pits right by it. During the ski season there is also a bar downstairs that's a cool place to hang. The small lodges on the edge of the property are really cool and comfortable too!

Had a nice little stay. They are doing renovations in there so the stairs are blocked off on the ground floor. I prefer to use the stairs. The computer took forever also and I waited upfront for over 30 minutes to check in. Which also was annoying but other than those 2 things. It was nice. The breakfast is always great and the staff were nice!

The property is located a teensy bit out but still in a very convenient locations, has ample parking space right in front of the rooms which makes taking luggage out and in very very convenient. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable bed, polite staff, etc. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.
